fa بررسی میزان فراوانی آگاهی و مهارت دانش آموزان پایه اول دبستان از آزارگران جنسی Evaluation of the frequency of knowledge and skills of first grade students about sexual abuse تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: سوء استفاده جنسی از کودکان یک مشکل عمده بهداشت عمومی با پیامدهای نامطلوب برای سلامت جسمی، روانی و باروری قربانیان است. بنابراین بررسی مطالعات مبتنی بر افزایش دانش، نگرش و مهارت در کودکان یک ضرورت بنیادی و یک خلاء پژوهشی است که با انجام این مطالعه پوشش داده می شود. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان فراوانی آگاهی و مهارت دانش آموزان پایه دبستان اول از آزارگرانه جنسی انجام شد. روش: مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف بنیادی و از نظر روش توصیفی مقطعی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانش آموزان سال اول ابتدایی شهر گناباد در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش 82 نفر از دانش آموزان پایه اول ابتدایی بود که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه از آزمون «موقعیت چه می شود اگر؟» وارتل (1998) استفاده شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS.26 و با استفاده از شاخص های توصیفی (فراوانی و درصد) مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که گرچه آگاهی دانش ‌آموزان در زمینه تشخیص کامل لمس مناسب 72 درصد و لمس نامناسب 8/78 درصد به ‌نسبت بالا بود؛ ولی در مهارت ‌های لازم برای پیشگیری از آزاردیدگی جنسی عملکرد آن ‌ها بالا نبود. نتایج نشان داد میزان مهارت گفتن آزار جنسی 8/37 درصد، در مهارت انجام دادن 3/18 درصد، مهارت بیان کردن و گزارش دادن 11 درصد بود. نتیجه‌ گیری: برنامه ‌ها و استراتژی‌ های پیشگیری چند سطحی، از جمله هدف قرار دادن کودکان با ویژگی ‌های پرخطر، آموزش کودکان خردسال و والدین آن ها در مورد پیشگیری از سوء استفاده جنسی از کودکان و بهینه ‌سازی مشارکت والدین، مدرسه، جامعه، و دولت در آموزش جامع جنسی، باید برای کاهش آزار جنسی در کودکان اتخاذ شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Child sexual abuse is a major public health problem with adverse consequences for victims’ physical, mental, and reproductive health. Therefore, the study of studies based on increasing knowledge, attitudes, and skills in children is a fundamental necessity and a research gap that can be covered by this study. Aims: This study aimed to investigate the frequency of knowledge and skills of first-grade primary school students about sexual abuse. Methods: The present study is fundamental in terms of purpose and descriptive cross-sectional in terms of method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all first-year elementary students in Gonabad city in the academic year 2018-2019. The sample consisted of 82 first-grade elementary students who were selected by Cluster sampling. To collect the research data, a questionnaire was used using the questionnaire "What if?" and Wurtele et al (1998). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS.26 software and descriptive indices (frequency and percentage). Results: The results showed that although the student's knowledge about the complete diagnosis of appropriate touch and inappropriate touch was 72% and 78.8% was relatively high, their performance in the necessary skills for the prevention of sexual abuse was not high. The results showed that the skill of telling sexual abuse was 37.8%, 18.3% in the skill of doing it, and 11% in the skill of expressing and reporting it.
