زمینه: رشد مهارتهای انطباقی در کودکان نقشی کلیدی در سلامت روانی و اجتماعی آنها دارد. ویژگیهای روانشناختی والدین، به ویژه انعطافپذیری روانشناختی، میتواند تأثیر چشمگیری بر شیوه تعامل والدین با فرزندان و در نتیجه رشد این مهارتها بگذارد. علاوه بر این، کنترلگری والدین به عنوان یک عامل میانجی، ممکن است بر چگونگی شکلگیری این مهارتها تأثیرگذار باشد. درک دقیق روابط میان این متغیرها، میتواند به روشن شدن عواملی که بر توسعه مهارتهای انطباقی کودکان تأثیر میگذارند، کمک کند.
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی والدین در مهارتهای انطباقی کودکان و تبیین نقش میانجی کنترلگری والدین در این رابطه بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی و از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی والدین کودکان دبستانی ۷ تا ۱۱ ساله شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۲ بود. تعداد ۶۵۰ والد به روش داوطلبانه از مناطق ۲، ۴، ۷ و ۱۵ انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس انعطافپذیری روانشناختی والدین (گرین و همکاران، ۲۰۱۵)، مقیاس منبع کنترل والدینی (کمپیز و همکاران، ۱۹۸۶) و سیستم سنجش رفتار کودک ویراست سوم (رینولد و کمفیس، 2015) بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش همبستگی پیرسون و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با بهرهگیری از نرمافزارهای SPSS-27 و AMOS-29 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که انعطافپذیری روانشناختی والدین رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری با مهارتهای انطباقی کودکان دارد (05/0p< ،450/0= β). همچنین، انعطافپذیری روانشناختی والدین از طریق کاهش کنترلگری والدین به صورت غیرمستقیم با مهارتهای انطباقی کودکان ارتباط دارد (05/0p< ،048/0 = β).
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش حاضر بر نقش تعیینکننده انعطافپذیری روانشناختی والدین در ارتقای مهارتهای انطباقی کودکان تأکید دارد. مداخلات روانشناختی که با هدف افزایش انعطافپذیری والدین و کاهش سبکهای کنترلگرانه تدوین شوند، میتوانند تأثیر بسزایی در بهبود مهارتهای انطباقی کودکان داشته باشند.
