Background: Nowadays, due to the competition between organizations for greater success, the resources available in the organization have become important. One of the most important resources for any organization is the human resources of the organization whose attention to their characteristics plays an important role in the success of the organization. Aims: The overall purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between personality, Emotional Intelligence, talent, and Favorites with performance Dibaris Qazvin City Textile Company Method: The research method was correlation which is categorized as descriptive research methods. The statistical population included all employees of Dibaris Textile Company in Qazvin. 100 employees of Dibaris Textile Company were.selected by convenience sampling method. Data were collected by Bar-on Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (2000), Neo Personality Questionnaire (1992), Early Talent Questionnaire (2007), Strong Job Interest and Satisfaction Questionnaire (1960), and Hershey & Goldsmith Staff Performance Questionnaire (1980). Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that There is a significant statistical relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance (p<0/05). There is a meaningful statistical relationship between talent and employee performance (p<0/01). however, the talent variable predicts employee performance more than other variables. Conclusions: To increase productivity and optimal performance of employees to personality traits, emotional and talent should be noted.
