Abstract
Background: One of the problems that female teachers experience is the conflict between work and family and vulnerability to emotional problems and depression is one of the consequences of this conflict. But can emotional therapy be effective in treating this depression? Aims: The purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of emotion-focused therapy on reducing depression in female teachers. Method: The design of this study is quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest and control group. Data gathering tool is Beck Depression Inventory. The statistical population of the study was all female high school teachers in Qazvin in 1396. The sample consisted of 30 female teachers employed in secondary school, who were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 10 treatment sessions based on a researcher-made protocol (1397). Depression questionnaire scores were compared before and after the intervention in both experimental and control groups using analysis of covariance.groups. Results: The results of covariance analysis showed a significant difference in the depression score between the experimental and control groups and the effectiveness of emotionally-focused therapy on depression in female teachers. (p<0/001). Conclusions: Based on this, it can be said that the current treatment protocol is effective and can be used to reduce depression in female teachers.

Abstract
Background: Numerous studies have examined the factors influencing family resilience. But research that looks at the factors influencing the resilience of the Iranian family has been neglected. Aims: The aim of the present study was to model the factors affecting the resilience of the Iranian family. Method: The present study was a correlational survey. The statistical population of the study included all parents in Tehran in 2020. 309 parents were selected by available and voluntary sampling method. The present research tools included a researcher-made questionnaire on family resilience factors (2020) and the Siksbi family resilience scale (2005). Data analysis was performed using path analysis. Results: Belief system, external resources, and family structure directly and personality traits and skills indirectly affected family resilience (P <0/05). Conclusions: Family structure involves concepts such as intimacy, cooperation, and agreement that increase family resilience in crises

Abstract
Background: Providing quality services to clients of the Welfare Organization requires attention to the quality of work life of its staff; But no research has been done on improving the quality of work life of welfare staff.
Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of training components of quality of work life on improving the quality of work life of staff and line staff of welfare organization in 2019. Method: The research method was quasi-experimental with Non-equivalent control group design. From the staff and line staff of welfare offices in Tehran and its affiliated centers in 2019, 30 persons were voluntarily selected and after controlling the entry and exit criteria, 15 employees in the experimental group and 15 others in the control group were randomly replaced. Training program of quality of work life extracted from Khabbazi research (2020), was conducted in 10 sessions for 120 minutes once a week as a group, and then the participants answered the Allameh questionnaire (1999) of quality of work life. Results: Data analysis using multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance showed that the difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of post-test score of quality of work life (P< 0/05) and all its components (P< 0/05) except the component of "staff awareness of managers performance" (P> 0/05) is significant. Conclusions: Training programs of quality of work life improve the quality of work life of employees by creating development in the organization.
