fa بررسی تأثیر آب درمانی مبتنی بر برنامه هالی ویک بر حرکات کلیشه ای کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span dir="RTL">زمینه:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> حرکات کلیشه‌ای در کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم، موجب اختلال در توجه و تمرکز، رشد شناختی و آسیب در عملکرد اجتماعی می‌شود که در فعالیت&shy;های روزمره از بازی گرفته تا فعالیت &shy;های تحصیلی، مداخله می‌کند. مسأله اصلی این است که آیا می‌توان آب درمانی را برای کاهش حرکات کلیشه‌ای کودکان طیف اوتیسم پیشنهاد داد؟ <strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آب ‌درمانی مبتنی بر برنامه هالی ‌ویک بر حرکات کلیشه‌ای کودکان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم بود. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه شبه &shy;آزمایشی دو گروهی از نوع پیش &shy;آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه گواه و جلسات پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان دارای اختلال اوتیسم شهر کرج بود که تعداد 24 نفر از پسران اوتیسم بستری در آسایشگاه کهریزک البرز به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مقیاس تشخیص اوتیسم گارز - ویراش دوم بود. جلسات درمانی طبق برنامه هالی ویک و به ‌صورت 3 جلسه در هفته و طی 24 جلسه انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span>SPSS<span dir="RTL"> نسخه 22 انجام شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بین میانگین های گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0/001) و آب‌ درمانی مبتنی بر هالی ویک در کاهش حرکات کلیشه‌ای مؤثر است همچنین آثار آن در مرحله پیگیری نیز ماندگار بوده است. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> آب‌ درمانی به طور قابل‌توجهی موجب کاهش حرکات کلیشه‌ای کودکان دارای اختلال اوتیسم شد و می‌توان از این روش به‌ عنوان رویکردی مکمل در توان‌بخشی کودکان اوتیسم استفاده کرد. </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Stereotyped behaviors in children with autism spectrum disorder cause disturbances in attention and concentration, cognitive development, and impairment in social functioning. These disturbances interfere with daily activities ranging from playing games to academic activities. The key question is whether hydrotherapy can be offered to reduce stereotyped movements in children on the autism spectrum? <strong>Aims:</strong> The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of hydrotherapy program based on Halliwick program on stereotyped behaviors in children with autism spectrum disorder. <strong>Method:</strong> This study was a quasi-experimental study of two groups of pre-test-post-test with control group and follow-up sessions. The statistical population included all children with autism disorder in Karaj. 24 autistic boys living in Kahrizak Alborz sanatorium were selected by convenience sampling method. The research instrument included The Gilliam Autism Rating Scale&ndash;Second Edition (GARS-2). The treatment sessions were performed according to the Halliwick program, 3 sessions per week for a total of 24 sessions. The data gathered from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA and using SPSS software version 22. <strong>Results:</strong> There is a significant difference between the averages of the experimental and control groups (0/001) and Halliwick -based hydrotherapy is effective in reducing stereotyped movements. Also, its effects have been lasting in the follow-up phase. <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Hydrotherapy significantly reduced stereotyped behaviors in children with autism and can be used as a complementary approach to the rehabilitation of children with autism.</div> آب‌ درمانی, هالی ویک, حرکات کلیشه‌ای, اختلال طیف اوتیسم.
