fa تدوین و ارزیابی برنامه اقدام های گروهی برای ارتقای رابطه والد- نوجوان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بخش عمده &shy;ای از برنامه&shy; های اقدام گروهی برای مداخله بر روی رابطه والد- نوجوان تحت تأثیر نظریه تفرد قرار دارند. اما نظریه&shy; پردازان دلبستگی بر این باورند که به سبب نقش والدین به‌عنوان پناهگاه امن، نیاز به صمیمیت در این دوره بیشتر می&shy; شود، اما شکل آن تغییر می‌کند. مسأله اصلی پژوهش حاضر تفکیک دوره کودکی از نوجوانی و توجه جدی به دلبستگی در دوره نوجوانی است. از این‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و ارزیابی برنامه اقدام گروهی به منظورِ ارتقای رابطه والد- نوجوان در قالب یک طرح تمام آزمایشی به اجرا درآمد. جامعه آماری شامل والدین نوجوانان منطقه شش شهر تهران بود که از میان آن‌ها یک مدرسه به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد و از والدینی که مایل به شرکت در طرح بودند، دعوت به‌عمل آمد و در نهایت 18 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 17 نفر در گروه کنترل به‌صورت تصادفی جای گرفتند. ابتدا مقیاس 21 سؤالی رابطه والد- نوجوان (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">PARS</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) (حسینی، ثنایی، پورحسین، کراسکیان، 2016) در اختیار هر دو گروه قرار گرفت. سپس گروه آزمایش به مدت 9 جلسه 5/1 ساعته در معرض برنامه اقدام گروهی ارتقای رابطه والد- نوجوان به‌عنوان متغیر مستقل قرار گرفت و در پایان مجدداً هر دوگروه از لحاظ وضعیت رابطه والد- نوجوان مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. درنهایت 25 نفر (13 نفر آزمایش و 14 نفر کنترل) وارد تحلیل شدند. اجرای آزمون </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">t</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مستقل و وابسته نشان داد که فرضیه اصلی پژوهش مبنی بر اینکه &laquo;برنامه اقدام&shy; های گروهی محقق‌ساخته برای ارتقای رابطه والد- نوجوان&raquo; رابطه والد- نوجوان را ارتقا می‌دهد، تأیید </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">گردید (0/01></span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">p</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). در نتیجه، با توجه به مصاحبه کیفی با والدین و نوجوانان، برنامه اقدام</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> گروهی یاد شده توانست به‌خوبی رابطه والد- نوجوان را ارتقا دهد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The majority of group action plans for intervention for parent- adolescent relationships are affected by individuation theory. But attachment theorists believe that due to the role of parents as a safe haven, the need for intimacy in this period will increase, but transform. The main issue of the present study is the separation of childhood from adolescence and the serious attention to attachment during adolescence. Therefore, the present study aimed to develop and evaluate a group action plan to promote the relationship between parents and adolescents in the form of an experimental design. The statistical population consisted of the parents of adolescents in region No.6 of Tehran, among which a randomly selected school was selected and parents were asked to participate in the project. Finally, 18 subjects in the experimental group and 17 in the control group randomly fitted. At first, the 21-item Parent-Adolescent Relationship Scale (PARS) (Husseini, Sanaee, Pourhossein, Karaskian, 2016) was provided to both groups. The experimental group was then subjected to a group action program promoting the relationship between parents and adolescents as independent variable for 9 sessions of 1.5 hours. At the end, both groups were again evaluated in terms of the relationship between the parent and the adolescent. Finally, 25 subjects (13 controls and 14 controls) were entered. Independent and dependent t test showed that the main hypothesis of the research was that &quot;the researcher-made group action plan to improve the parent-teen relationship&quot; promoted the parent-adolescent relationship (p <0.01).
