fa مقایسه اثربخشی گروه‌ درمانی مبتنی بر سایکودراما و تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر تعارض با والدین نوجوانان پسر Comparison of the effectiveness of group therapy-based psychodrama and transactional analysis on conflict with parents of male adolescents تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: با توجه به این‌که نوجوانی یکی از حساس ‌ترین مراحل رشد آدمی ‌ست باید به حل مشکلات تربیتی و روانشناختی این گروه توجه ویژه ‌ای نمود. یکی از بهترین راه‌ کارها در این راستا، استفاده از مداخلات روانشناختی است. هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی گروه ‌درمانی مبتنی بر سایکودراما و تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر تعارض با والدین نوجوانان پسر انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش، نیمه ‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش ‌آزمون-پس‌ آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دانش ‌آموزان پسر پایه سوم دوره اول دبیرستان ‌های عادی دولتی شهر خرم ‌دره در سال‌ تحصیلی 99-1398 تشکیل دادند. 30 نفر با استفاده از نمونه‌ گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به‌ صورت تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. گروه ‌های آزمایشی، درمان مختص گروه خود را در 8 جلسه 5/1 ساعته دریافت کردند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه تعارض نوجوان با والدین پرینز بود. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ‌ها از طریق آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازه ‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی صورت گرفت. یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار تعارض با مادر و تعارض با پدر گروه سایکودراما در پیش ‌آزمون به ‌ترتیب (37/2±10/28 و 82/1±70/28)، گروه تحلیل رفتار متقابل (55/2±50/28 و 98/1±20/28)، و گروه کنترل (17/2±60/27 و 77/1±60/27) بود. سایکودراما (13/2±10/24 و 90/2±80/24) و تحلیل رفتار متقابل (90/2±00/24 و 33/1±30/25) در مقایسه با گروه کنترل (04/2±80/27 و 91/1±90/27)، تعارض با مادر (001/0 >p) و تعارض با پدر را در پس آزمون کاهش دادند (001/0 >p). در مرحله پیگیری، اثر سایکودراما (11/2±40/24 و 91/1±10/26) و تحلیل رفتار متقابل (75/2±40/24 و 13/1±20/25) بر تعارض با مادر و تعارض با پدر (31/2±40/28 و 91/1±90/27) ماندگار بود (001/0 >p؛ 001/0 >p). تأثیر سایکودراما و تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر تعارض با مادر و تعارض با پدر در مراحل پس ‌آزمون و پیگیری یکسان بود (05/0 <p). نتیجه ‌گیری: سایکودراما با بهره‌ گیری از هنر ارتباط و بازسازی موقعیت و تخلیه هیجانات، و تحلیل رفتار متقابل با ارائه تصویری از ساختار روانشناختی و کمک به چگونگی رفتار مؤثر در کاهش تعارض با والدین مؤثر بوده ‌اند</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Considering that adolescence is one of the most sensitive stages of human development, special attention should be paid to solving the educational and psychological problems of this group. One of the best strategies in this regard is to use psychological interventions. Aims: This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of psychodrama-based group therapy and transactional analysis on conflict with parents of male adolescents. Methods: This semi-experimental study was performed based on a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design with a control group. The study population consisted of all third-grade male students of the first period of ordinary public high schools in Khorramdareh in the academic year of 2019-2020. In total, 30 Male students were selected using the available sampling and randomly divided into three groups. Members of both experimental groups received their treatment in eight 1.5-hour sessions. The research tool was the adolescent conflict questionnaire with Prince's parents. The findings were analyzed through repeated measures ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc test. Results: The mean and standard deviation of conflict with mother and conflict with father of the psychodrama group in the pre-test (28.10±2.37 and 28.70±1.82), transactional analysis group (28.60±2.55 and 28.20±1.98), and control group (27.60±2.17 and 27.60±1.77) respectively. Psychodrama (24.10±2.13 and 24.80±2.90) and transactional analysis (24.00±2.90 and 25.30±2.33) compared to the control group (27.80±2.04 and 27.90±1.91) reduced the conflict with mother (p<0.001) and the conflict with father in the post-test (p<0.001). In the follow-up phase, the effect of psychodrama (24.40±2.11 and 26.10±1.91) and transactional analysis (24.40±2.75 and 25.20±1.13) on conflict with mother and conflict father (28.40±2.31 and 27.90±1.91) (p<0.001; p<0.001). The effect of psychodrama and transactional analysis on conflict with the mother and conflict with the father was the same in the post-test and follow-up stages (p>0.05).
