fa تأثیر آموزش رفتاری والدین در کاهش تنیدگی و بهبود شیوه‌های والدگری مادران دارای کودکانی که مشکلات رفتاری برون‌ریزی‌شده دارند عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13px;">تنیدگی، والدگری و مشکلات روانشناختی والدین کودکان با مشکلات رفتاری اثرات مخربی بر گزارش والدین از شیوه فرزندپروری و همچنین رواندرستی آنها دارد، بدین‌جهت یکی از روش‌های بهبود این مشکلات ارائه آموزش‌های روانشناختی در زمینه مهارگری مشکلات رفتاری کودکان به والدین می‌باشد. از اینرو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش رفتاری والدین به مادران کودکان با مشکلات برون‌ریزی‌شده (پرخاشگری و قانون‌شکنی) در کاهش تنیدگی و بهبود شیوه‌های والدگری این مادران است. روش پژوهش شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13px;">از اینرو تعداد 24 نفر از مادرانی که فرزندانشان با مشکلات رفتاری برون‌ریزی‌شده شناسایی شده بودند به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل همتاسازی شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های، فهرست رفتاری کودک، شاخص تنیدگی والدین و پرسشنامه شیوه‌های فرزندپروری بود. آموزش رفتاری والدین در قالب نُه جلسه نود دقیقه‌ای در گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد. در پایان، دو گروه پرسشنامه‌های مذکور را به‌عنوان پس‌آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بیانگر تأثیر کاربندی آزمایشی بر کاهش نمره‌های شیوه‌های والدگری خودکامه و سهل‌گیر مادران و افزایش نمره شیوه والدگری مقتدرانه آنان بود (0/05></span>P)، همچنین تحلیل‌ها نشانگر تأثیر کاربندی در کاهش، تنیدگی (0/05>P) مادران کودکان گروه آزمایشی نسبت به گروه کنترل بود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که آموزش رفتاری به مادران، شیوه‌های تربیتی مادران را بهبود بخشیده و از به وجود آمدن آشفتگی در روابط والد- فرزندی و همچنین مشکلات هیجانی در مادران کودکان با مشکلات رفتاری برون‌ریزی‌شده پیشگیری می‌نماید.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Parental stress and psychological problems of parents of children with behavioral problems have devastating effects on parents&#39; reports of their parenting style and welfare and hence is one of the ways to improve this problems is offering psychological training to parents in the&nbsp; field of controling children with behavioral problems. Therefore, the purpose of the current study was to investigate the effect of training behavior modification methods on mothers of children with externalized behavior problems on reducing stress and improving parenting styles of these mothers. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design and a control group. 24 mothers of children with externalized behavior problems were selected using at-hand sampling and divided into control and experimental groups. Both groups filled out&nbsp; child behavior checklist, parenting style scale and parenting stress index. For the next step, the experimental group received instructions on behavior modification methods in 9 ninety-minute sessions while the mothers in control group went on their normal tasks. At the end of the instructional session, both groups filled out the mentioned questioners as the post-test. Covariance analysis was used for analyzing data. The results of the analysis of covariance showed that instructing behavior modification methods improved authoritarian parenting style scores in mothers (P<0/05) and also decreased authoritative and neglectful parenting practices scores parenting stress (P<0/05) among mothers in experimental group, in comparison with the control group.
