fa تأثیر آموزش توانش حل مسأله در رضایت زناشویی مادران دارای فرزند دختر نارسای تحولی عقلی خفیف The effects of problem solving training on marital satisfaction in families with mentally retarded children عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سلامت روانی والدین کودکانی که نارسایی تحولی عقلی خفیف دارند همواره منظور نظر پژوهشگران فعال در حیطۀ کودکان استثنایی بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش توانش حل مسأله بر رضایت زناشویی (مشتمل بر مؤلفه های «موضوعات شخصیتی»، «حل تعارض» و «فعالیت‌های اوقات فراغت») مادران دارای فرزند دختر نارسای تحولی عقلی خفیف شهر اراک در سال تحصیلی 91 انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ مادران دارای فرزند دختر نارسای تحولی عقلی خفیف زیر نظر آموزش و پرورش در سال 1391 با حجم 81 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر از مادران این کودکان بود. این افراد به‌صورت داوطلبانه برای همکاری شرکت کردند و به‌صورت تصادفی ساده، 15 نفر به‌عنوان گروه آزمایش، و 15 نفر به‌عنوان گروه گواه انتخاب شدند. یک پیش‌آزمون با استفاده از «پرسشنامۀ رضایت زناشویی انریچ» از هر دو گروه گرفته شد، سپس به گروه آزمایش طی 5 جلسه (هر جلسه، 90 دقیقه) توانش حل  مسأله آموزش داده شد، در حالی که به گروه گواه آموزشی داده نشد. پس از پایان دورۀ آموزش، از هر دو گروه مجدداً «پرسشنامۀ رضایت زناشویی انریچ» (پس‌آزمون) به‌عمل آمد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش توانش حل مسأله تأثیر معناداری بر مؤلفه های «موضوعات شخصیتی»، «حل تعارض»، و «فعالیت‌های اوقات فراغت» این مادران داشته است.</span></span></span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;">The mental health of families with mentally retarded children has always been researched by various researchers of this field. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem solving skills training on marital satisfaction (include "personality issues", "conflict resolution", and "leisure activities") in families with educable mentally retarded children in Arak city. Statistical population of this research consisted of mothers with educable mentally retarded children (81 mothers). The sample was 30 mothers that were selected randomly out of 81 people. These mothers were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. Participants were asked to complete the marital satisfaction questionnaire (ENRICH).  experimental group participated in 5 sessions (1 session a week). Each session lasted for 90 minutes. Unisef problem solving skills training was employed on experimental group as independent variable. Covariance analysis showed that there is a significant difference between mean scores of experimental and control groups (p < 0/001).
