fa بررسی نیازهای حرفه ای نو معلمان دانش آموخته ی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در زمینه ی آموزش زبان فارسی در دوره ی ابتدایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه: </strong>دانشگاه فرهنگیان بستر اصلی تأمین نیروی انسانی کارآمد جهت رفع نیازهای نیروی انسانی آموزش و پرورش است. <strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نیازهای حرفه&shy;ای نومعلمان دانش &shy;آموخته دانشگاه فرهنگیان در زمینۀ آموزش زبان فارسی در دوره ابتدایی بود.<strong> روش:</strong> این تحقیق به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه فارغ التحصیلان رشته علوم &shy;تربیتی پردیس&shy; های شهید باهنر و خواجه نصیر کرمان بودند که 384&nbsp; نفر به روش نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. جمع &shy;آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته صورت گرفت که ضریب پایایی آن بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ 0/91 بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy; ها از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون تی تک نمونه &shy;ای و تحلیل واریانس) استفاده گردید. <strong>یافته &shy;ها:</strong> نتایج تحقیق حاکی از این بود که توانایی دانشجو معلمان در چهار بعد واژه آموزی، دانش زبانی، رسم&shy; الخط و برگرداندن شعر به نثر از حد متوسط کمتر بود و بین دانشجو معلمان پسر و دختر در توانایی واژه&shy;آموزی و دانش&shy; زبانی تفاوت معنادار در سطح (0/01><span dir="LTR">P</span>)، و در دانش رسم &shy;الخط تفاوت معنادار در سطح (0/05><span dir="LTR">P</span>) وجود دارد. همچنین در توانایی برگردان شعر به نثر بین دانشجو معلمان دختر و پسر تفاوت معناداری مشاهده&nbsp; نگردید. <strong><span style="background:white;">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></strong><span style="background:white;"> &nbsp;لذا می &shy;توان نتیجه&shy; گیری کرد، </span>برای تربیت مؤثر معلمان ابتدا باید ماهیت شغلی آنها و سپس نیازمندی&shy; های متناسب با این ماهیت را درک کرد تا بتوان برنامه‌های آموزشی لازم را در این زمینه طراحی و اجرا کرد<span style="background:white;">.</span><span dir="LTR"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Farhangian university is main source of effective manpower for elimination of the needs of human resources education and training. <strong>Aims:</strong> The purpose of this study was to investigate professional needs of Graduated New teachers of Farhangian University in Farsi language education in elementary school. <strong>Method:</strong> This research is descriptive survey in terms of its nature. The statistical population of the study was all graduates of Shahid Bahonar and Khajeh Naseer campuses in Kerman province. 384 students were selected by simple random sampling. Data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability coefficient was 0.91 based on Cronbach&#39;s alpha. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test and ANOVA) were used. <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the research indicated that the ability of student teachers in the four dimensions of teaching, language knowledge, writing and returning poetry to prose was lower than average.There was a significant difference between male and female teachers in the ability of vocabulary and linguistic knowledge to have a significant difference at the level of (P<0/01) and in the level of knowledge, there was a significant difference between(P< 0.05) and(P< 0.05).
