fa والدگری موفق نسل z از منظر متخصصان: یک مطالعه کیفی Successful parenting of generation Z from the perspective of experts: A qualitative study تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: با توجه به اینکه یکی از ابعاد والدگری در عصر حاضر، والدگری در مواجهه با نوجوانان نسل z است، توجه به زندگی دیجیتال نوجوانان و نقش مدیریتی و نظارتی والدین در عصر تکنولوژی و فناوری ارتباطی ضروری است که در مطالعات گذشته در زمینه الگوهای والدگری مغفول مانده است. هدف: هدف این مطالعه شناسایی و مفهوم‌پردازی مقوله‌های اصلی والدگری موفق برای نوجوانان نسل Z، بر اساس دیدگاه‌های متخصصان بوده است. روش: روش پژهش حاضر کیفی از نوع اکتشافی که با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه متخصصان حوزه تعلیم و تربیت خانواده (روانشناسان و مشاوران خانواده) شهر تهران در سال 1403 تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش 18 نفر از متخصصان که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته که توسط پژوهشگران تدوین شده بود، استفاده شد. یافته ها: داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به طوری که بعد از کدگذاری، مضامین اصلی به دست آمد. این فرآیند به شناسایی هشت مضامین اصلی و ۵۳ طبقه مضامین فرعی منجر شد. نتایج نشان داد که والدگری موفق برای نسل Z شامل مضامین اصلی؛ داشتن نگرشی مثبت به نوجوانی، برقراری ارتباط مؤثر، هدایت سازنده و متعادل، استفاده راهبردی از فناوری، تقویت استقلال و مهارت‌آموزی، و اصلاح باورهای محدودکننده والدینی است. نتیجه‌گیری: والدگری مؤثر در عصر دیجیتال مستلزم آگاهی از تفاوت‌های نسلی، حمایت عاطفی، انعطاف‌پذیری، و توانایی ایجاد روابطی محترمانه و باز با نوجوانان است. کاربرد نظری پژوهش در توسعه مدلهای بومی والدگری نسل z در بافت فرهنگی ایران و کاربرد عملی نتایج نیز در طراحی برنامههای آموزشی و مداخلهای برای والدین، مشاوران، مربیان و سیاستگذاران است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: A significant aspect of modern parenting is addressing the challenges of raising Generation Z adolescents. It is essential to consider the impact of teenagers' digital lives along with parents' roles in monitoring and managing their activities in this age of technology and communication—an element that previous studies on parenting models have often overlooked. Aims: This study aimed to identify and conceptualize the core components of effective parenting for Generation Z adolescents from the perspectives of experts. Methods: The research utilized a qualitative, exploratory design with thematic analysis. The study population included all family education specialists (psychologists and family counselors) in Tehran in 2024. A total of 18 experts were selected through purposive sampling until data saturation was achieved. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews developed by the researchers. Results: The data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis method. Following the coding process, eight main themes and 53 subcategories emerged. The findings indicated that successful parenting for Generation Z involves maintaining a positive attitude toward adolescence, establishing effective communication, providing balanced and constructive guidance, strategically utilizing technology, fostering independence and skill development, and challenging restrictive parental beliefs. Conclusion: Effective parenting in the digital age necessitates an understanding of generational differences, emotional support, flexibility, and the ability to cultivate respectful and open relationships with adolescents. The theoretical implications of this research highlight the need for culturally grounded parenting models tailored to Generation Z in the Iranian context.
