fa اثربخشی بسته‌ی آموزشی مبتنی بر معنادرمانگری بر امید و نشاط معلمان بازنشسته تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه: </strong>تغییرات جسمی و روحی در سالمندان ممکن است موجب کاهش امید و نشاط در زندگی آنان شود. تحقیقات به اثربخشی معنادرمانی اشاره دارد. اما مسئله این پژوهش این است که آیا بسته‌ی آموزشی مبتنی بر معنادرمانگری به بهبود این نشانگان در معلمان سالمند بازنشسته کمک می‌کند؟ <strong>هدف: </strong>هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی بسته‌ی آموزشی مبتنی بر معنادرمانگری بر امید و نشاط معلمان بازنشسته بود. <strong>روش: </strong>روش این مطالعه شبه&rlm;آزمایشی با طرح پیش&rlm;آزمون و پس&rlm;آزمون با گروه گواه بود. نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از معلمان سالمند شهر کرمان بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان گروه آزمایش، 12 جلسه، هفته‌ای 2 بار آموزش معنادرمانگری که برگرفته از کتاب‌های روانشناسی مثبت نگر (سلیگمن و همکاران، 2000)، تکنیک‌های شناختی &ndash; رفتاری (استالارد، 2005؛ ترجمه علیزاده و همکاران، 1389) و معنادرمانگری (فرانکل) (ترجمه میلانی، 1396) بود را دریافت نمودند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه امید میلر و پاورز (1988) و مقیاس اندازه گیری نشاط آکسفورد (1989) استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. <strong>یافته ها: </strong>یافته‌ها نشان دادکه بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر معنادرمانگری بر میزان نشاط (0/001=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) و امید (0/001=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) سالمندان اثربخش بود (0/001=<span dir="LTR">P</span>).<strong>&nbsp; نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بنابراین می‌توان گفت برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر معنادرمانگری می&rlm;تواند در ارتقای امید و نشاط معلمان سالمند مفید واقع شود.<span dir="LTR"></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Physical and mental changes in the elderly may lead to decrease their hope and happiness in life. Research has shown the effectiveness of logo therapy, but the question of the present study is whether logo therapy-based educational package can help improve these symptoms in the retired elderly teachers?<strong> Aims: </strong>The purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of the logo therapy-based educational package on the hope and happiness of retired teachers. <strong>Method:</strong> The method of this study was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test with control group. The statistical sample of this study included 30 retired elderly teachers of Kerman, who were selected by convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned to two experimental (15 subjects) and control groups (15 people). Experimental group participants received 12 sessions, twice a week, of logo therapy training based on positive psychology books (Seligman et al., 2000), cognitive-behavioral techniques (Stallard, 2005; Translated by Alizadeh et al., 2010), and logo therapy (Frankl) (Translated by Milani, 2016). To collect data, Miller & Powers (1988) Hope Inventory and the Oxford Happiness Measurement Scale (1989) were used.
