fa بررسی عوامل جمعیت شناختی و روانشناختی مؤثر بر اشتغال موفقیت آمیز زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی و ارائه مدل توانمندسازی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه:</strong> زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار از جنبه&shy;های مختلف اجتماعی و روانشناختی غالباً با مشکلات فراوانی مواجه است. بررسی &shy;ها نشان از وجود مسائل روانشناختی در زمینه توانمندی زنان سرپرست خانوار دارد؛ بررسی عوامل جمعیت &shy;شناختی و روانشناختی و همچنین توانمندسازی اینگونه از زنان یک شکاف پژوهشی است. <strong>هدف:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل جمعیت شناختی و روانشناختی مؤثر بر اشتغال موفقیت آمیز زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی و ارائه مدل توانمندسازی برای این زنان انجام شد. <strong>روش:</strong> روش این پژوهش از نوع کمی و پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی در استان &shy;های تهران و البرز در سال‌های 1394 لغایت 1397 بود. تعداد 266 نفر از طریق روش نمونه&shy; گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه شخصیتی نئو مک کری و کاستا (1985)، خلاقیت عابدی (1372)، هوش کتل (1994)، راهبردهای کنارآمدن رضاخانی (1390) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته نقش تربیتی والدین بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بر حسب مورد از روش&shy;های آماری مجذور خی، آزمون <span dir="LTR">t</span>، تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شد. <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> نتایج نشان دادکه مؤلفه &shy;های خلاقیت 0/427 نقش تربیتی والدین 0/313، تحصیلات 0/287، وجدانی بودن 0/340<span dir="LTR">-</span> و راهبرد هیجان محور 0/014<span dir="LTR">-</span> موفقیت شغلی زنان سرپرست خانوار را تبیین کردند (0/001&ge;<span dir="LTR">p</span>). همچنین یافته &shy;های این پژوهش به یک مدل ریاضی در توانمندسازی زنان سرپرست خانوار منتهی شد. &nbsp;<strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> می &shy;توان در اتخاذ تدابیر مناسب در جهت ارتقای توانمندی زنان سرپرست خانوارتحت پوشش سازمان بهزیستی از خلاقیت، نقش تربیتی والدین، تحصیلات وجدانی بودن و راهبرد هیجان محور بهره جست.<span dir="LTR"></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="clear:both;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> The life of household-headed females often face many problems in many social and psychological aspects. Studies have shown some psychological issues regarding the empowerment of household-headed females. Investigating demographic and psychological factors and empowering such women is a research gap. <strong>Aims:</strong> The present study aimed to investigate the demographic and psychological factors affecting career success of household-headed females covered by the Welfare Organization and to present an empowerment model for these women. <strong>Method:</strong> The method of this study was quantitative and survey. The statistical population of this study consisted of household-headed females covered by the Welfare Organization in Tehran and Alborz provinces during 2015-2018. 266 participants were selected through multi-stage random sampling. Research instruments were the demographic questionnaire, the McCree & Costa NEO Personality Questionnaire (1985), Abedi Creativity (1984), Cattell Intelligence (1994), Reza Khani Coping Strategies (2009), and researcher-made questionnaire on parenting role. Chi-square, t-test, analysis of variance, and logistic regression were used for data analysis. <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that creativity (0/427), parenting role (0/313), education (0/287), conscientiousness (-0/340), and emotion-focused strategy (-0/014) explained career success of household-headed females (p&le;0/001).
