fa مقایسه اثربخشی رویکرد والش و رویکرد اولسون بر الگوهای ارتباطی و دلزدگی زناشویی زنان آسیب دیده خیانت زناشویی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> پژوهش‌های مختلفی کارآیی رویکرد والش و اولسون را در بهبود مؤلفه‌های مختلف ارتباطی و روانشناختی زوجین نشان داده‌اند. اما آیا رویکرد والش و اولسون منجر به بهبود الگوهای ارتباطی و کاهش دلزدگی زناشویی زنان آسیب دیده خیانت زناشویی می‌شود؟ <strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی رویکرد والش و رویکرد اولسون بر الگوهای ارتباطی و دلزدگی زناشویی زنان آسیب دیده خیانت زناشویی انجام گرفت. <strong>روش:</strong> روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس&shy;</span> <span style="font-size:10.5pt;">آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل زنان آسیب دیده خیانت زناشویی شهر تهران در سال 1396 بود. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی در دسترس و گمارش تصادفی استفاده شد. پس از انتخاب حجم نمونه و گمارش آنها در گروه&shy;</span> <span style="font-size:10.5pt;">های آزمایش و گواه، گروه&shy;</span> <span style="font-size:10.5pt;">های آزمایش مداخلات رویکرد والش (والش، 2006) و رویکرد اولسون (اولسون، 2011) را طی سه ماه به صورت هفته</span> <span style="font-size:10.5pt;">&shy;ای یک جلسه 90 دقیقه</span> <span style="font-size:10.5pt;">&shy;ای دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه الگوهای ارتباطی (کریستنسن و سولاوای، 1984) و دلزدگی زناشویی (پاینز، 1996) بود. داده‌های به دست آمده توسط تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. <strong>یافته‌‌ها:</strong> نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که آموزش دو رویکرد اولسون و والش بر الگوهای ارتباطی و دلزدگی زناشویی زنان آسیب دیده خیانت زناشویی مؤثر بوده است (0/001</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.5pt;">P<</span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">). همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد که بین اثربخشی و رویکرد اولسون و والش بر الگوهای ارتباطی و دلزدگی زناشویی زنان آسیب دیده خیانت زناشویی تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد (0/05</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.5pt;">P></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">). <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که دو رویکرد اولسون و والش می‌تواند به عنوان روش‌هایی کارآ برای تغییر در الگوهای ارتباطی و دلزدگی زناشویی زنان آسیب دیده خیانت زناشویی به کار رود.</span><span dir="LTR"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Various studies have shown the efficacy of Walsh and Olson&#39;s approach in improving the various communication and psychological components of couples. But does Walsh and Olson&#39;s approach lead to improved communication patterns and reduced marital disillusionment for women affected by marital infidelity? <strong>Aims:</strong> The present study was conducted aiming to compare effectiveness of Walsh approach and Olson approach on communicative models and marital burnout in the women hurt by marital betrayal. <strong>Method:</strong> The research method of the present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest and control group design. The statistical population of the present study included all the women hurt by marital betrayal in the city of Tehran in 2017. Non-probable available sampling and random replacement were used in the present study. After selecting the sample size and replacing them in the experimental and control groups, the experimental groups received teaching interventions in ninety-minute sessions once a week during three months. The applied questionnaires in the present study included communicative models questionnaire (Christensen and Solavai, 1984) and marital burnout (Paienz, 1996). The data gotten from the study were analyzed through ANCOVA method.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the data analysis showed that teaching Walsh approach and Olson approach has been effective on communicative models and marital burnout in the women hurt by marital betrayal (P<0/001).
