fa جستجوی کیفی در تجارب زیستۀ زوج‌های شاغل از رضایت و تعارضات زناشویی: زوج شاغل ماهر و غیرماهر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">زمینه</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">:</span> <span style="color:#262626;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">سبک زندگی زوج شاغل با وجود جنبه‌های مثبت و منفی در حال افزایش است. مسأله اصلی این است که تجارب زیستۀ زوج‌های شاغل دربارۀ رضایت و تعارضات زناشویی چگونه است؟ <strong>هدف: </strong>پژوهش حاضر با هدف کشف تجارب زیستۀ زوج‌های شاغل از رضایت و تعارضات زناشویی انجام شد. <strong>روش: </strong>این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری در سال 1397 در شهر نورآباد (لرستان) انجام شد. نمونه‌های پژوهش با انتخاب 12 زوج شاغل دارای رضایت زناشویی (با اذعان زوجین به رضایت و کسب نمرۀ بالاتر از 161 در پرسشنامه </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:#262626;"><span style="font-size:9.5pt;">ENRICH</span></span></span><span style="color:#262626;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">) با بهره‌گیری از نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و 12 زوج شاغل دارای تعارضات زناشویی (با اذعان زوجین به تعارض و کسب نمرۀ 187 یا بالاتر از آن در پرسشنامه </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:#262626;"><span style="font-size:9.5pt;">MCQ</span></span></span><span style="color:#262626;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">) با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به حد اشباع رسید. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از روش دیکلمن، آلن و تانر که دارای ماهیت تیمی بوده و در پدیدارشناسی تفسیری مرسوم است، مورد تحلیل قرار‌گرفتند. <strong>یافته&shy; ها: </strong>تحلیل تجارب مشارکت‌کنندگان، منجر به شناسایی 2 مضمون اصلی زوج شاغل ماهر با مضامین فرعی؛ نقشۀ زناشویی کارآمد و خصیصه‌های مثبت زوجی و زوج شاغل غیرماهر با مضامین فرعی؛ نقشۀ زناشویی ناکارآمد و خصیصه‌های منفی زوجی شد. <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> نتایج نشان داد آنچه زوج شاغل ماهر و غیرماهر را از هم تفکیک می‌کند نه فقدان تعارضات زناشویی بلکه داشتن برنامه‌ریزی و اولویت‌بندی، نحوۀ مواجه شدن با تعارضات، ادراک منصفانه از توزیع‌ها، مراقبت مالی و شغلی از همسر و سازگاری است. نتایج به دست آمده می‌تواند زمینه را برای تدوین برنامه‌های پیشگیرانه و مدل‌های درمانی جهت متقاضیان ورود به این نوع سبک زندگی و کاهش تعارضات زناشویی این نوع زوج‌ها فراهم کند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> The lifestyle of career couple is increasing despite the positive and negative aspects. The key question is, how are the lived experiences of career couples about marital satisfaction and conflict? <strong>Aims:</strong> The purpose of this study was to explore the lived experiences of career couples from satisfaction and marital conflicts. <strong>Method:</strong> This study was conducted with qualitative approach and interpretive phenomenological method in Nourabad (Lorestan) in 2019. Research samples were selected by using 12 career couples (with Couple acknowledging to satisfaction and score higher than 161 in ENRICH questionnaire) using snowball sampling and 12 career couples with marital conflict (with couple acknowledgment to conflict and acquisition the score of 187 or higher on the MCQ questionnaire) reached the saturation level by purposeful sampling. The semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Interviews were analyzed using the Dickman, Allen, and Turner method, which is team-based and is common in interpretive phenomenology.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Analyzing participants&#39; experiences led to the identification of two main themes of Master career couples with sub-themes of efficient marital map and couple positive features and unmaster career couples with sub-themes of inefficient marital map and Couple negative features.<strong> Conclusions:</strong> The results showed that what separates these two is not lack of marital conflicts but planning and prioritization, how to deal with conflicts, fair perception Among the distributions is financial and occupational care of the spouse and adaptation.
