fa بررسی و کشف چالش‌های نوجوانان ناشنوا در کسب مهارت‌های خود توانمندی: یک مطالعه کیفی Examining and discovering the challenges of deaf adolescents in acquiring their skills ability: a qualitative study تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: مطالعاتی پیرامون کسب مهارت‌های خود توانمندی و ناشنوایان انجام شده است، اما پژوهشی که بررسی و کشف چالش‌های نوجوانان ناشنوا در کسب مهارت‌های خود توانمندی پرداخته باشد مغفول مانده است. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر کشف و بررسی چالش‌های نوجوانان ناشنوا در کسب مهارت‌های خود توانمندی است. روش: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و به روش نظریه زمینه‌ای انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش مادران نوجوانان ناشنوا مادرزادی کانون ناشنوایان شهر تهران در سال 1398 بود. 13 مادر نوجوان ناشنوا در تهران به‌صورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش به عنوان نمونه شرکت نمودند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌های انجام‌شده با 13 نفر از مادران نوجوانان ناشنوا شهر تهران از کدگذاری سه مرحله ای (باز، محوری و انتخابی) استراس و کوربین استفاده گردید. یافته ها: کدهای باز حول 115 مفهوم و کدهای محوری شامل نه مقوله عمده است که مشتمل بر عدم آگاهی و عدم توانمندی والدین در برخورد صحیح با فرزندانشان، سوء رفتار / آزاردیدگی، ناخودکارآمدی، عدم پذیرش اجتماعی، احساس بی‌کفایتی، محدودیت‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و خانوادگی، نابرابری اجتماعی، مشکلات و محدودیت های شغلی، مشکلات و کژ کارکردی‌های آموزشی و تحصیلی می‌باشد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده توجه ویژه به نوجوانان ناشنوا و بررسی دقیق چالش های پیش رو در جهت توانمند شدن و کسب مهارت، حائز اهمیت است که می تواند منجر به راهکار هایی برای افزایش مهارت های اجتماعی، مهارت های زندگی و در کل خود توانمندی آنان شود.<div style="clear:both;"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Studies have been conducted on the acquisition of self-efficacy skills and the deaf, but research that has examined and discovered the challenges of deaf adolescents in acquiring self-efficacy skills has been neglected. Aims: The aim of the present study is to discover and examine the challenges of deaf adolescents in acquiring the skills to empower themselves. Method: This study was performed with qualitative approach and grounded theory method. The Research Society of Maternal Deaf Adolescents was born in 1398 in Tehran. 13 deaf teenage mothers in Tehran voluntarily participated in this study as an example. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. To analyze the data obtained from interviews with 13 mothers of deaf teenagers in Tehran Corbin and Strauss three-step coding (open, axial, and selective) was used. Results: Open codes around 115 concepts and core codes include nine major categories that include lack of awareness and inability of parents to deal with their children properly, abuse / harassment, self-efficacy, lack of social acceptance, inadequacy, economic, social and other limitations.
