fa رابطه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه با رضایت زناشویی و پریشانی روانشناختی در زنان نابارور شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif"><strong><span dir="RTL">زمینه: </span></strong><span dir="RTL">مطالعات متعددی به بررسی طرحواره&shy; های ناسازگار اولیه و رضایت زناشویی و پریشانی روانشناختی پرداخته &shy;اند. اما پیرامون رابطه طرحواره&shy; های ناسازگار اولیه با رضایت زناشویی و پریشانی روانشناختی زنان نابارو شکاف تحقیقاتی وجود دارد. </span><strong><span dir="RTL">هدف:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه طرحواره &shy;های ناسازگار اولیه با رضایت زناشویی و پریشانی روانشناختی زنان نابارور انجام شد.</span> <strong><span dir="RTL">روش:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> روش این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان نابارور شهر تهران در سال 1398 بود. تعداد 260 زن نابارور به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه از بین دو مرکز ناباروری شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها، از فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحواره &shy;های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ (1998)، پرسشنامه 47 سؤالی رضایت زناشویی انریچ (1989) و پرسشنامه پریشانی روانشناختی کسلر (2002) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه انجام شد. </span><strong><span dir="RTL">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span dir="RTL">بین طرحواره&shy; های ناسازگار </span><span dir="RTL">رهاشدگی، نقص، وابستگی، اطاعت، بازداری هیجانی و معیارهای نامربوط با رضایت زناشویی رابطه معنادار وجود دارد (</span><span dir="RTL">05/0 </span>P<<span dir="RTL">)</span><span dir="RTL">. همچنین بین طرحواره های ناسازگار رهاشدگی، وابستگی، خود تحول نایافته، بازداری هیجانی، معیارهای نامربوط،</span> <span dir="RTL">خودکنترلی ناکافی و استحقاق با پریشانی روانشاختی رابطه معنادار وجود دارد (</span><span dir="RTL">05/0 </span>P<<span dir="RTL">)</span><span dir="RTL">. </span><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> طرحواره &shy;های ناسازگار اولیه ازجمله عواملی است که در دوره ناباروری منجر به کاهش سطح رضایت زناشویی زنان شده و پریشانی روانشناختی را بالا می‌برد. </span></span></span></p> <div dir="rtl" style="clear:both">&nbsp;</div> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>Background:</strong> Numerous studies have examined early maladaptive schemas and marital satisfaction and psychological distress. But there is research on the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and marital satisfaction and the psychological distress of infertile women.<strong> Aims: </strong>the present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and marital satisfaction and psychological distress of infertile women. <strong>Method: </strong>The method of this study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all infertile women in Tehran in 2019. A total of 260 infertile women were selected from two infertility centers in Tehran using the available sampling method. In order to collect data, the short form of Yang&#39;s initial maladaptive schema questionnaire(1998), Questionnaire 47 Enrich Marital Satisfaction Question (1989), and Kessler&#39;s psychological distress questionnaire (2002) were used. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis. <strong>Results:</strong> There is a significant relationship between incompatible schemas of abandonment, defect, dependence, obedience, emotional inhibition and unrelated criteria with marital satisfaction (P< 0/05).
