fa توسعه و اعتبارسنجی الگوی شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span dir="RTL">زمینه:</span></strong>&nbsp;<span dir="RTL" style="background:white;"><span style="color:black;">مطالعات متعددی پیرامون بررسی شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه‌ها انجام شده است. اما پژوهشی که به شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان که منجر به طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌ها پرداخته باشد مغفول مانده است. </span></span><strong><span dir="RTL">هدف:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> هدف این پژوهش، توسعه و اعتبارسنجی الگوی شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان با رویکرد تبیینی بود.</span><a name="_Hlk41602963"><strong><span dir="RTL">روش:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">پژوهش از نوع، ترکیبیِ همزمان بود</span></span></a><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">. جامعه آماری شامل 700 نفر </span></span><span dir="RTL">از اساتید و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان‌های (تهران، خراسان رضوی، اصفهان و فارس) در سال 1397 بود که <span style="color:black;">200 نفر از این اساتید به صورت خوشه‌ای هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش حاضر عبارت بود از: پرسشنامه شایستگی&shy; های حرفه &shy;ای محقق ساخته 1397. تحلیل داده&shy;ها با استفاده از</span>&shy; &nbsp;آزمون فریدمن، تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و ضریب همبستگی انجام شد. </span><strong><span dir="RTL">یافته &shy;ها</span>: </strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">الگوی بدست آمده از دو عامل اصلی؛ شامل فردی و سازمانی شکل گرفته است. عامل فردی خود دارای زیرمؤلفه‌هایی اعم از شخصی و مهارتی است و نیز عامل سازمانی دارای زیرمؤلفه‌های عضویت، تعامل سازمانی، پذیرش مسئولیت حرفه‌ای و بهره‌مندی از امکانات سازمان می‌باشد. </span></span><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">در صورت تحقق شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی، در عملکرد و کارآمدی دانشگاه فرهنگیان نقش قابل انتظاری خواهد داشت و تأثیرات مثبتی را برای دانشجو معلمان خواهد گذاشت. </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Numerous studies have been conducted on the professional competencies of university faculty members. However, research that neglects the professional competencies of the faculty members of Farhangian University, which has led to the design of the competency model, has been neglected. <strong>Aims:</strong> The aim of this study was to develop and validate the model of professional competencies of faculty members of Farhangian University with an explanatory approach. <strong>Method:</strong> The research was simultaneous. The statistical population included 700 professors and faculty members of Farhangian University of Provinces (Tehran, Khorasan Razavi, Isfahan and Fars) in 2018, and 200 of these professors were selected as targeted clusters. The tools of the present study were: Questionnaire of professional competencies of the researcher made in 2018. Data analysis was performed using Friedman test, exploratory factor analysis and correlation coefficient. <strong>Results:</strong> Pattern obtained from two main factors; It consists of individual and organizational formation.
