fa بررسی رابطه هوش هیجانی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>زمینه: </strong>مطالعات متعددی به بررسی هوش هیجانی و عملکرد تحصیلی پرداخته &shy;اند. اما پیرامون بررسی رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی شکاف تحقیقاتی وجود دارد. <strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز بود. <strong>روش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده پزشکی تبریز به تعداد 380 &nbsp;نفر در سال 1397 بودند. 191 نفر از دانشجویان (149 نفر دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد و 42 نفر دانشجوی دکتری) با روش نمونه &shy;گیری طبقه&shy; ای نسبتی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش هیجانی شرینگ (1996) و معدل بعنوان عملکرد تحصیلی بود. تحلیل داده&shy; ها با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد. <strong>یافته &shy;ها:</strong> مقدار همبستگی چندگانه بین هوش هیجانی و مؤلفه&shy; های آن با عملکرد تحصیلی 0/74 می &shy;باشد و ضریب تعیین 54/0 به دست آمد که نشان می دهد 54 درصد از تغییرات عملکرد تحصیلی توسط هوش هیجانی و مؤلفه&shy; های آن قابل تبیین است.<strong> نتیجه &shy;گیری: </strong>بین هوش هیجانی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان و بین مؤلفه &shy;های هوش هیجانی با عملکرد تحصیلی رابطه مستقیم وجود داشت.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Numerous studies have examined emotional intelligence and academic performance. But there is a research gap in examining the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic performance of graduate students. <strong>Aims:</strong> The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic performance of graduate students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of all graduate students of Tabriz Medical School was 380 in 2018. 191 students (149 postgraduate students and 42 doctoral students) were selected by proportional stratified sampling method. The research instruments were Schering (1996) standard emotional intelligence questionnaire and grade point average as academic performance. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. <strong>Results:</strong> The value of multiple correlation between emotional intelligence and its components with academic performance was 0.74 and the coefficient of determination was 0.54, which shows that 54% of changes in academic performance by emotional intelligence and components. Its features can be explained. <strong>Conclusions:</strong> There was a direct relationship between emotional intelligence and students&#39; academic performance and between the components of emotional intelligence and academic performance.</div> هوش هیجانی, عملکرد تحصیلی, دانشجویان, تحصیلات تکمیلی.
