fa اثربخشی درمان راه حل مدار بر نگرش به خیانت زناشویی و صمیمیت زناشویی افراد متأهل The effectiveness of solution - focused therapy on attitudes toward marital infidelity and marital intimacy of married people تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: نگرش به خیانت و صمیمیت متغیرهایی هستند که می توانند نقشی پررنگ در گرایش به خیانت زناشویی در زوجین ایفا نمایند؛ اما آیا درمان راه حل مدار در کاهش نگرش به خیانت زناشویی و بهبود صمیمیت زناشویی افراد متأهل کمک می کند؟ هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان راه حل مدار بر نگرش به خیانت زناشویی و صمیمیت زناشویی افراد متأهل شهر بوشهر انجام گرفت. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زوج های مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره مسیر زندگی در سال 1398 بود. 4 زوج (8 نفر) به روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه - هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارتند از: مقیاس نگرش به خیانت زناشویی واتلی (2006)، پرسشنامه صمیمیت زناشویی باگاروزی (2001) و 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای درمان راه حل مدار به شیوه استیو دی شازر (عزیزی و قاسمی، 1396). داده‌ها به روش ترسیم دیداری‌‌‌‌، شاخص تغییر پایا و فرمول درصد بهبودی تحلیل شدند‌‌‌‌. یافته ها: درمان راه حل مدار باعث کاهش متغیر نگرش به خیانت زناشویی با (23/22 درصد بهبودی) و اثر آن تا پایان دوره پیگیری دو ماهه حفظ شد (20/07 درصد بهبودی). درمان راه حل مدار توانست صمیمیت زناشویی زوج ها را نیز افزایش دهد (14/64درصد بهبودی) که اثر آن تا پایان دوره پیگیری ماندگار بود (12/61 درصد بهبودی). شاخص تغییر پایای آنها هم حاکی از معنی دار بودن این تغییرات بود (0/05 P<). نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحلیل یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که درمان راه حل مدار در کاهش نگرش به خیانت زناشویی و افزایش صمیمیت زناشویی افراد متأهل مؤثر است‌‌‌‌.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Attitudes toward infidelity and intimacy are variables that can play a significant role in the tendency to marital infidelity in couples. But does solution-focused therapy help reducing attitudes toward marital infidelity and improving the marital intimacy of married people? Aims: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Solution-Focused Therapy on attitudes toward marital infidelity and marital intimacy of married people in Bushehr. Method: The present study was single case experimental design of multiple baseline. The statistical population of the study included couples referring to the Masire Zendeghi Counseling Center in 2019. 4 couples (8 people) were selected by voluntary – purpose sampling. Research tools include: Whatley (2006) Attitudes Toward Infidelity Scale, Bagarozzi (2001) Marital Intimacy Questionnaire and 8 sessions of 90-minute solution-focused therapy by Steve de Shazer method (Azizi & Ghasemi, 2017). Data were analyzed by visual mapping, reliable change index and improvement rate formula. Results: Solution-Focused Therapy reduced the variable of attitudes toward marital infidelity (%23/22 improvement) and its effect was maintained until the end of the two-month follow-up period (%20/07 improvement). Solution-Focused Therapy could increase the marital intimacy of couples (%14/64 improvement), the effect of which was maintained until the end of the follow-up period (%12/61 improvement). Their change in reliable index also showed that these changes were significant (P< 0/05).
