fa بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی آزمون خزانۀ لغات انگلیسی با استفاده از تحلیل داده‌های شبکه‌ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#a42898;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">علم شبکه به‌ عنوان یک حوزۀ نوین در اندازه‌گیری روانشناختی بستر مناسبی را برای انجام تحلیل‌های آزمون‌سازی فراهم می‌آورد، اما در ایران پژوهش در خصوص تحلیل سوالات آزمون با استفاده از تحلیل داده‌های شبکه&rlm;ای مغفول مانده است.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#a42898;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش با هدف معرفی تحلیل داده‌های شبکه‌ای به عنوان یک تکنیک روان‌سنجی-ریاضیاتی و استفاده از آن در فرآیند تحلیل سؤالات پرسشنامه انجام شد.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#a42898;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است، جامعۀ آماری کلیۀ زبان آموزان ده موسسۀ برتر آموزش زبان شهر تهران در سال 1398 بود که از بین آن‌ها 1556 زبان آموز به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به آزمون خزانه لغات انگلیسی (نیشن و وارینگ، 1997) پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط بستۀ نرم‌افزاری </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">qgraph</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> تحت نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">R</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> انجام شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#a42898;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">گراف حاصل از شبکۀ ارتباطی سؤالات مبتنی بر الگوریتم فراچترمن-رینگولد ترسیم گردید، رابطۀ والد-فرزندی سؤالات بر‌اساس شبکۀ بیز مشخص شد و ویژگی‌های توصیفی آزمون و شاخص‌های مرکزیت شبکه استخراج گردید.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#a42898;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">معرفی تکنیک تحلیل داده‌های شبکه‌ای و استفاده از آن به منظور فرآیند تحلیل سوالات، یکی از دستاوردهای این پژوهش است. با استفاده از مزایای علم شبکه مانند قابلیت ساده‌سازی، مدیریت، ذخیره و مجموعه‌سازی داده‌های با حجم بالا و تحلیل سوالات آزمون براساس نقشه و شاخص‌های کاملا منطبق بر آن، می‌توان به ارتباط درونی سوالات مختلف آزمون پی برد و با در نظر گرفتن اهمیت سوالات در ساختار شبکۀ ارتباط خالص بین سوالات، می‌توان به ارتقاء روش های آزمون‌سازی پرداخت. انجام مطالعات مشابه و پژوهش‌هایی به منظور مقایسۀ نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌های شبکه‌ای با ویژگی‌های روانسنجی که بر اساس شیوه‌های مرسوم&nbsp; و کلاسیک بدست می‌آیند پیشنهاد می‌گردد.</span></span></span></div> <div id="_com_1" style="text-align: justify;" uage="JavaScript"><strong>Background:</strong> Network science as a new field in psychological measurement provides a good platform for test analysis, but in Iran, research on the analysis of test questions using network data analysis has been neglected.<br> <strong>Aims:</strong> The aim of this study was to introduce network data analysis as a psychometric-mathematical technique and its use in the questionnaire analysis process.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This research is descriptive-analytical, the statistical population of all language learners was the top ten language teaching institutes in Tehran in 2020, from which 1556 language learners were selected by convenience sampling method and answering the English vocabulary size test (Nation and Waring, 1997).&nbsp; Data analysis was performed by qgraph software package under R software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The graph obtained from the communication network of questions based on the Fruchterman-Ringold algorithm was plotted, the parent-child relationship of the questions was determined based on the Bayesian network, and the descriptive features of the test and the indicators of network centrality were extracted.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Introducing the technique of analyzing network data and using it for&nbsp; questions analysis process is one of the achievements of this article. Using the advantages of network science such as the ability to simplify, manage, store and collect high-volume data and analyze test questions based on the map and indicators that are fully consistent with it, we can understand the internal relationship between different test questions, and by considering the importance of the questions in the network structure of the net relationship between the questions, it is possible to improve the testing methods.
