fa تأثیر آموزش طرز رفتار به والدین بر افسردگی مادران کودکان دارای اختلال تضادورزی کشاکشی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اختلال‌های رفتاری برونی‌سازی شده در دوران کودکی، مشکلات هیجانی فروانی را برای والدین به‌وجود می‌آورند. یکی از این اختلال‌ها، اختلال تضادورزی کشاکشی است که سبب مشکلات روانشناختی در والدین این کودکان شده و مدیریت رفتاری کودک را با مشکل مواجه می‌کند، از این‌رو مسأله پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیرآموزش طرز رفتار به مادران کودکان با اختلال تضادورزی کشاکشی در بهبود علایم افسردگی این مادران است. روش پژوهش شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. تعداد 30 نفر از مادرانی که فرزندانشان با اختلال تضادورزی کشاکشی شناسایی شده بودند به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه همتا‌سازی شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل، پرسشنامه‌های مرضی کودکان، و افسردگی بک بود.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آموزش طرز رفتار به والدین در قالب نه جلسه نود دقیقه‌ای در گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد. در پایان، دو گروه </span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پرسشنامه افسردگی را به‌عنوان پس آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بیانگر تأثیر کاربندی آزمایشی بر کاهش، افسردگی (0/05</span></span><span dir="LTR">P<</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) مادران کودکان گروه آزمایشی نسبت به گروه گواه بود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که آموزش طرز رفتار، آشفتگی‌های روانشناختی مادران را بهبود بخشیده و سبب کاهش افسردگی در مادران می‌شود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Externalizing behaviour disorders in childhood, cause many psychological problems for parents. Oppositional defiant disorder one of the childhood disorders that cause psychological problems in the parent&#39;s and management of children&#39;s behavior creates problems, to the so purpose of the current study was to investigate the effect of behavior parent training methods to mothers of children with oppositional defiant disorder on reducing depression these mothers. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design and control group. To do so, 30 mothers of children with oppositional defiant disorder were selected using at-hand sampling and divided into control and experimental groups. Both groups filled out CSI-4 scale and beck inventory depression. In the next step, the experimental group was instructed behavior parent training in 9 ninety-minute sessions while the mothers in control group went on their normal procedures. At the end of the instructional session, both groups filled out the mentioned questioners as the post-test. Covariance analysis was used for analyzing data. The results of the analysis of covariance showed that instructing behavior modification methods improved depression scores in mothers (P<0/05) in comparison with the control group.
