fa اثرآزمایی بالینی روان نمایشگری در کنار آمدن با قطع عضو- تکبررسی Clinical evaluation of psychodrama in coping with amputation-case study عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">قطع عضو، یکی از مشکلات جسمانی حادی است که منجر به تغییرات شدیدی در احساسات، شناخت ها و رفتارهای افراد می شود. مهم ترین پیامدهای روانشناختی قطع عضو، اختلال در تصویر بدنی، کاهش حرمت خود و میل به انزوای اجتماعی هستند که در صورت ازمان به اختلالات روانشناختی بالینی به‌ویژه افسردگی می انجامند. هدف این پژوهش، استفاده از روش روان نمایشگری (سایکودراما) به‌منظور کمک به کنار آمدن با قطع عضو بود. پژوهش حاضر به‌عنوان یک تک بررسی تجربی، از طرح تک آزمودنی (</span></span><span dir="LTR">A-B</span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) بهره گرفته است. به علاوه، در این پژوهش از مصاحبۀ کیفی و آزمون افسردگی بک (فرم کوتاه) به‌منظور سنجش مشکلات مراجع استفاده شده است. تغییرات نمرۀ افسردگی مراجع از 24 به 3 و همچنین اظهارات خود او در مصاحبه های بالینی قبل و بعد از درمان، نشان می دهند که روان نمایشگری  در کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی مراجع و سازشیافتگی او با فقدان عضو، مؤثر بوده است. یافته ها</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نشان می دهند که ماهیت انعطافپذیر و فعال روان نمایشگری که امکان تمرین نمایشی فعالیت های روزمرۀ زندگی را برای بیمار فراهم می سازد سبب تسهیل کنار آمدن بیمار با پیامدهای آسیب زای روانشناختی قطع عضو می شود. </span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Amputation is one of the serious health problems that lead to harm and severe changes in emotions, cognitions, and behaviors of individuals. Most important psychological consequences of amputation are impaired body image, low self-esteem and desire for social isolation that in the case of chronic, will lead to clinical psychological disorders, especially depression. The aim of this study was use of psychodrama therapy to help coping with amputation. The present study as an empirical case study is used the single subject design (A-B). In addition, qualitative interview and the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-13) were used to assessing the client’s problems. Changes in depression scores of the client from 24 to 3 and his statements on clinical interviews before and after treatment show that psychodrama is effective in reducing the psychological problems of the client and his adapting to the lack of limb.
