fa عوامل تعیین کننده موفقیت کارآفرینان بخش صنعت شهرستان بوکان با استفاده از مدل های گسسته لاجیت و پروبیت Factors determining the success of entrepreneurs in the industrial sector of Bukan county using logit and probit discrete models تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه: رسیدن به توسعه با حضور بخش خصوصی خلاق و با ایده های جدید عملی خواهد شد، دوران وابستگی اقتصاد کشور به مواهب طبیعی به پایان رسیده است و کشور با الگوهای ذهنی قدیمی و راه حل های کهنه عصر صنعتی در عصر جدید نمی تواند موفق باشد. همچنین دستیابی به جایگاه اول اقتصادی در منطقه با خلاقیت، نوآوری و کارآفرینی عملیاتی خواهد شد. پس لازم است زمینه ای فرآهم شود که نیروهای خلاق از مغز خود استفاده موثرتری کنند و دانش را که عامل حیاتی تولید در عصر اطلاعات و ارتباطات و اقتصاد دانش بنیان است تولید کنند. هدف: هدف این پژوهش عوامل تعیین کننده موفقیت کارآفرینان بخش صنعت شهرستان بوکان با استفاده از مدلهای گسسته لاجیت و پروبیت بود. روش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و شیوهی گردآوری دادهها یک پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر به منظور مطالعات میدانی شامل 100 واحد فعال موجود در بخش صنعت شهرستان بوکان میباشد؛ که دارای پروانه بهرهبرداری از سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1396 هستند. در این مطالعه به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی، اطلاعات فعالان اقتصادی 61 واحد از واحدهای فعال و در دسترس بخش صنعت شهرستان بوکان با مراجعه حضوری به تک تک پاسخ دهندگان به دست آمد. در ادامه اطلاعات به دست آمده از 61 فعال اقتصادی با استفاده از الگوهای گسسته لاجیت و پروبیت، مدل اقتصادسنجی تصریح و تخمین زده شده است. داده های این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار Stata 14.1 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از برآورد مدل با استفاده از نرم افزار نشان داد که علامت ضرایب مربوطه به متغیرهای توضیحی سطح تجربه، سطح تحصیلات، سرمایه فیزیکی، حمایت های مالی دولت، سن، نگرش به کارآفرینی و ارزشهای ذهنی با نظریات و مطالعات تجربی پیشین مربوطه سازگار بوده و همه ضرایب متغیرهای مطرح شده معنی دار می باشند (01/0 >P). نتیجه ‌گیری: یافته های تجربی تحقیق بیانگر این است که برای موفقیت کارآفرینان و از طریق آن رشد و توسعه اقتصادی بیشتر، توجه به سرمایه گذاری و تبدیل دارایی ها و ثروت های ملی به سرمایه فیزیکی، انباشت تجربه و تحصیلات با کیفیت و دستیابی به تسهیلات بانکی یک ضرورت جدی است. <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Achieving development will be achieved with the presence of the creative private sector and new ideas, the era of dependence of the country's economy on natural resources is over, and the country cannot continue with old mental patterns and old solutions of the industrial age in the new era. good luck. Also, achieving the first economic position in the region will be operationalized with creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a framework for creative forces to use their brains more effectively and to produce knowledge, which is a vital factor of production in the era of information and communication and a knowledge-based economy. Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the success of entrepreneurs in the industrial sector of Bukan County using Logit and Probit discrete models. Methods: This research is a survey in terms of applied purpose and data collection method. The statistical population of the present study includes 100 active units in the industrial sector of Bukan City, which have an operation license from the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of West Azerbaijan Province in 2017. In this study, by random sampling, the information of economic activists of 61 active and available units of the industrial sector of Bukan City was obtained by referring to each of the respondents. In the following, the information obtained from 61 economic activists using discrete logit and probit models, the econometric model has been stipulated and estimated. The data of this study were analyzed using Stata 14.1 software. Results: The results of estimating the model using the software showed that the coefficients related to the explanatory variables of experience level, education level, physical capital, government financial support, age, attitude toward entrepreneurship, and subjective values were consistent with the relevant theories and empirical studies and all the coefficients of the proposed variables were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The empirical findings of the research show that for the success of entrepreneurs and through more economic growth and development, attention should be paid to investment and conversion of national assets and wealth into physical capital, accumulation of experience, and quality education.
