fa الگوی ساختاری ترومای دوران کودکی با رفتار خودجرحی غیرخودکشی نوجوانان با ویژگی های شخصیت مرزی بر اساس نقش میانجی‌گر تحمل پریشانی The structural model of childhood trauma with non-suicidal self-injury behavior in adolescents with borderline personality traits based on the mediating role of distress tolerance تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: عوامل مرتبط با خودجرحی غیرخودکشی نوجوانان به طور گسترده مورد تحقیق قرار گرفته است. با این حال، مکانیسم اساسی رابطه بین ترومای دوران کودکی و خودجرحی غیر خودکشی محدود است. هدف: این پژوهش با هدف روابط ساختاری الگوی ساختاری ترومای دوران کودکی با رفتار خودجرحی غیرخودکشی  نوجوانان با ویژگی های شخصیت مرزی بر اساس نقش میانجی‌گر تحمل پریشانی انجام شد. روش:. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 تشکیل دادند. در این مطالعه از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای تعداد 316 دانش‌آموز از بین 1325 دانش آموز با ویژگی های شخصیت مرزی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه رفتار خودجرحی غیرخودکشی (کلونسکی و گلن، 2009)، ترومای دوران کودکی (برنستاین و همکاران، 2003) و تحمل پریشانی (سیمونز و گاهر، 2005) گردآوری شد. داده‌ها با روش‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون، مدل‌یابی ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS و AMOS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته ها حاکی از برازش مناسب الگوی پیشنهادی با داده هاست. نتایج مدل یابی معادله ساختاری نشان داد که 10 درصد از تغییرات مربوط به تحمل پریشانی توسط ترومای دوران کودکی تببین می شود. همچنین 60 درصد از واریانس مربوط به خودجرحی غیرخودکشی گرا نوجوانان توسط ترومای دوران کودکی و تحمل پریشانی تببین می شود. نتیجه‌گیری: در همین حال، مداخله در ترومای دوران کودکی و افزایش مهارت های تحمل پریشانی ممکن است به طور مؤثری از بروز خودجرحی غیرخودکشی گرا در نوجوانان پیشگیری کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The factors associated with non-suicidal self-injury among adolescents have been extensively researched. However, the fundamental mechanism of the relationship between childhood trauma and non-suicidal self-injury remains limited. Aims: This study aimed to investigate the structural relationships of a model linking childhood trauma and non-suicidal self-injury behaviors in adolescents with borderline personality traits, based on the mediating role of distress tolerance. Methods: The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all high school students in Tehran during the academic year of 2022-2023. In this study, 316 students were selected from 1325 students with borderline personality traits using a multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data were collected using the Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) behavior questionnaire (Klonsky & Glenn, 2009), Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (Bernstein et al., 2003), and Distress Tolerance Scale (Simons & Gaher, 2005). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation statistics and structural equation modeling with SPSS and AMOS statistical software. Results: The results indicate a good fit of the proposed model with the data. Structural equation modeling demonstrated that childhood trauma accounted for 10 percent of the variance in distress tolerance. Furthermore, 60 percent of the variance in non-suicidal self-injury-oriented behaviors among adolescents was explained by childhood trauma and distress tolerance.
