fa تحلیلی بر ریشه های روانشناختی در جرائم خانوادگی An analysis of the psychological roots in family crimes عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"> زمینه: با بررسی ادبیات جرائم خانوادگی، می توان به شکاف پژوهشی عمده‌ای در تحلیل دقیق پیچیدگی‌ها و عوامل روانشناختی نهان در پس آن ها پی برد که مانع از درک کامل این معضل اجتماعی و پاسخگویی مؤثر به آن شده است. علی‌رغم شناسایی برخی روابط بین شرایط روانی خاص و رفتارهای مجرمانه، کمبود مطالعات تحلیلی در شناخت ریشه‌های عمیق‌تر و نهفته در این جرائم، برنامه‌‌های پیشگیری و مداخله‌ای را با چالش مواجه ساخته است. بنابراین، ضرورت دارد تا پژوهش‌هایی به صورت اختصاصی بر این شکاف تمرکز کرده و با بررسی دقیق‌تر عوامل روانشناختی فردی و بین‌فردی، راهکارهای یکپارچه‌تری برای دستیابی به راه‌حل‌های قابل اجرا در مبارزه با جرائم خانوادگی ارائه دهند. هدف: هدف این مطالعه کاوش عمیق در عوامل روانشناختی پشت پرده جرائم خانوادگی و توسعه راهکارهای مؤثر برای پیشگیری بود. روش: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مروری نقلی بود. با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های جرائم خانوادگی، خشونت خانگی، الگوهای سوء رفتار در پایگاه‌های اختصاصی نظیر Medline ، SID، Magiran، PubMed، Scopus و Science Direct جستجو از سال 2000 الی 2023 انجام شد. تعداد 52 مقاله بازیابی شده و پس از بررسی ملاک‌های ورود و خروج، در نهایت 16 مطالعه که ارتباط مستقیمی با موضوع داشتند مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و براساس بیانیه پریزما یافته های آن ها بایکدیگر ترکیب شد. یافته ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر که از طریق مرور و تحلیل دقیق مطالعات منتشر شده در حوزه جرائم خانوادگی به دست آمده‌اند، نشان می‌دهند که عوامل روانشناختی متعددی در وقوع این جرائم نقش دارند. این عوامل شامل آسیب‌های روانی کودکی، اختلالات شخصیتی و رفتاری، افسردگی و اضطراب، مصرف الکل و مواد مخدر، فشارهای اقتصادی‌-اجتماعی و استرس، مهارت‌های محدود در حل تعارض و تأثیر انتظارات و نقش‌های جنسیتی سنتی و مسائل قدرت می‌باشند. نتیجه‌گیری: بسیاری از مصادیق جرائم خانوادگی، نه در عوامل بیرونی بلکه در عمق پیچیدگی‌های روانی افراد و الگوهای تعاملی درون خانواده‌ها ریشه دارند. شناخت این عوامل می‌تواند در طراحی برنامه‌های پیشگیرانه و درمانی که به سازماندهی بهتر روابط خانوادگی و کاهش آسیب‌های ناشی از چنین جرائمی کمک می‌کنند، بسیار کارساز باشد. فهم عمیق‌تر از این مسائل به مددکاران اجتماعی، روانشناسان و مقامات قضائی اجازه می‌دهد تا اقدامات به مراتب مؤثرتری را برای حمایت از قربانیان و بازپروری عاملین این جرائم انجام دهند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: By examining the literature on family crimes, a significant research gap can be identified in the precise analysis of the complexities and psychological factors hidden behind them - factors that have prevented a full understanding of this social issue and hindered an effective response. Despite recognizing certain relationships between specific psychological conditions and criminal behaviors, the lack of analytical studies to understand the deeper roots hidden within these crimes has challenged prevention and intervention programs. Therefore, research must focus specifically on this gap and, by examining the psychological factors at both individual and interpersonal levels more closely, provide more integrated solutions for developing executable strategies in combating family crimes. Aims: The aim of this study is to delve deeply into the psychological factors behind family crimes and to develop effective strategies for prevention. Methods: The present study was a narrative review. Searches were conducted using keywords such as family crimes, domestic violence, and patterns of misconduct across specialized databases including Medline, SID, Magiran, PubMed, Scopus, and Science Direct. A total of 52 articles were retrieved and after reviewing the inclusion and exclusion criteria, ultimately 16 studies that had a direct connection with the subject were examined. Results: The findings of the current research, which were obtained through a thorough review and analysis of published studies in the field of family crimes, indicate that numerous psychological factors play a role in the occurrence of these crimes. These factors include childhood psychological trauma, personality and behavioral disorders, depression and anxiety, alcohol and substance abuse, socio-economic pressures and stress, limited conflict resolution skills, and the impact of traditional gender expectations and power issues. Conclusion: Many instances of family crimes are not rooted in external factors but rather in the depth of individuals’ psychological complexities and the patterns of interaction within families. Understanding these factors can be highly effective in designing preventive and therapeutic programs that contribute to better organization of family relationships and reduce the harm caused by such crimes.
