fa مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری پیش بینی تعارضات زناشویی بر اساس عملکرد خانواده مبتنی بر الگوی مک مستر با میانجی‌گری رضایت جنسی Structural equation modeling for predicting marital conflicts based on family functioning based on the McMaster model with the mediation of sexual satisfaction تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: نهاد خانواده یکی از محوری‌ترین محیط‌های تربیتی است که در حفظ سلامت‌روانی، اجتماعی و جسمانی فرد نقش به‌سزایی دارد. یکی از الگوهای مهم درزمینه بررسی کارکرد خانواده، الگوی کارکرد خانواده مک‌مستر است. هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری پیش‌بینی تعارضات زناشویی بر اساس عملکردخانواده مبتنی بر الگوی مک‌مستر (حل مشکل، ارتباط، نقش‌ها، همراهی، کنترل رفتار، آمیزش عاطفی)، با میانجی‌گری رضایت جنسی در زوجین شهر شیراز انجام گرفت. روش: این مطالعه همبستگی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش شامل زوجین در حال تعارض شهر شیراز در سال 1400 بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی تعداد 300 نفر از زوجین درحال تعارض انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان پرسشنامه‌های تعارضات ‌زناشویی (ثنایی‌ذاکر، 1387)، سنجش‌خانواده (اپشتاین و همکاران، 1983)، رضایت جنسی (هادسون، 1981) را تکمیل کردند. جهت تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش معادلات ساختاری و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS-25 و AMOS-24 استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که مدل ساختاری پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود و متغیرهای پیش‌بین و میانجی اثر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم معنی‌داری بر رضایت جنسی زوجین دارند (05/0 P<). همچنین نتایج بیان‌گر وجود رابطعه عکس بین مؤلفه‌های عملکرد خانواده و تعارضات زناشویی بود. نتیجه‌ گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های به دست آمده در این مطالعه می‌توان گفت که جدا از عوامل اثرگذار کارکرد خانواده، تعارضات زناشویی و رضایت جنسی در زوجین به عنوان متغیرهای واسطه در جهت بهبود و پایداری نظام خانواده نقش اساسی داشته و می‌بایست مدنظر قرار گیرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The family institution is one of the most central educational environments that plays a significant role in maintaining a person's mental, social, and physical health. One of the important models in the field of examining family functioning is McMaster's family functioning model. Aims: The present study was conducted with the aim of modeling structural equations for predicting marital conflicts based on family functioning based on the McMaster model (problem solving, communication, roles, companionship, behavior control, emotional intercourse), with the mediation of sexual satisfaction in couples in Shiraz. Methods: This study was a correlational and structural equation type. The statistical population of the research included conflicting couples in Shiraz city in 2020. Using random sampling method, 300 people were selected from conflicting couples. The participants completed questionnaires of marital conflicts (Sanaei Zaker, 2017), family assessment (Epstein et al., 1983), sexual satisfaction (Hudson, 1981). To analyze the findings, the method of structural equations and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression were used using SPSS-25 and AMOS-24 software. Results: The results showed that the proposed structural model had a good fit and the predictor and mediator variables have a significant direct and indirect effect on the sexual satisfaction of couples (P<0.05). Also, the results indicated the existence of an inverse relationship between the components of family functioning and marital conflicts.
