fa مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمانی هیجان مدار و شناختی – سیستمی گاتمن بر هماهنگی زناشویی زوج های متعارض تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه: </strong>یکی از نابهنجاری&shy; های زناشویی که موجبات مشکلات روانی، بی&shy; تفاوتی و طلاق زوجین می&shy; شود، تعارض زناشویی و در نتیجه عدم هماهنگی بین زوجین است. اثربخشی رویکردهای هیجان&shy;مداری و شناختی - سیستمی گاتمن بر متغیرهای مختلفی تایید شده است اما هماهنگی زناشویی مورد غفلت واقع شده است. <strong>هدف:</strong> هدف این پژوهش تعیین و مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمانی هیجان مدار و شناختی - سیستمی گاتمن بر هماهنگی زوج&shy; های&nbsp; متعارض بود. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش از نوع نیمه&shy; آزمایشی با طرح پیش&shy; آزمون- پس &shy;آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه بود. <span style="background:white;">جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی زوج&shy; های&nbsp; متعارض مراجعه &shy;کننده به مراکز&nbsp; مشاوره و روانشناسی خصوصی منطقه 2و 5 شهر تهران در&nbsp; سال 1397 تشکیل دادند. از این جامعه، 60 &nbsp;نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بصورت تصادفی در سه گروه &nbsp;(20 نفری) آزمایشی 1 و 2 و گواه جایگزین شدند؛ برای هر سه گروه پیش‌آزمون پرسشنامه &shy; هماهنگی زناشویی (زو و لای، 2004) اجرا شد، سپس طرح مداخله زوج&shy; درمانی هیجان&shy;مدار جانسون برای گروه آزمایش 1 و زوج&shy; درمانی سیستمی گاتمن برای گروه آزمایش 2 اجرا شد اما برای گروه گواه، هیچگونه مداخله&shy; ای اعمال نشد؛ نتایج با روش آنالیز کواریانس در سطح 5 درصد تحلیل شد.</span> <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> نتایج آنالیز کواریانس نشان داد که هر دو زوج درمانی هیجان&shy;مدار و سیستمی بر افزایش هماهنگی زوجین متعارض تأثیر معنی&shy;داری دارند (0/001<span dir="LTR">p<</span>). نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نیز نشان داد که اثربخشی زوج&shy; درمانی هیجان&shy; مدار بیشتر از زوج&shy;درمانی سیستمی است (0/001<span dir="LTR">p<</span>). <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> می &shy;توان به منظور افزایش بهتر هماهنگی زناشویی از رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بهره جست.<span dir="LTR"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> One of the marital abnormalities that causes psychological, inferiority and divorce is marital conflict, resulting in a lack of harmony between couples. The effectiveness of Emotion-focosed and Gottman&#39;s cognitive-systems approaches has been confirmed on various variables, but marital Harmony has been neglected. <strong>Aims:</strong> The purpose of this study was to determine and compare the effectiveness of Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and Gottman&rsquo;s Systemic Couple Therapy on marital harmony in conflicting couples. <strong>Method:</strong> This research was a semi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test design with two experimental and one control groups. The statistical population of this study was all conflicting couples referring to counseling centers and private psychology in the 2nd and 5th areas of Tehran in 1397. From this community, 60 people were selected and randomly assigned to three groups (20 subjects): Trial 1 and 2, and the test. For each of the three groups, a questionnaire (Xu and lai, 2004) was used for pre-test, and then an emotional couple therapy program Johnson circuit was used for experimental group 1 and Gutmann System Couple Therapy for experimental group 2, but no intervention was used for the control group; the results were analyzed using covariance analysis at 5% level. <strong>Results:</strong> The results of covariance analysis showed that both excited and systemic couples had a significant effect on increasing the coordination of couples (p<0/001).
