fa اثربخشی بسته آموزشی فراتشخیصی زوجی بر الگوهای ارتباطی و پیوند ایمن زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه:</strong> شناسایی درمان‌های فراتشخیصی، با توجه به همبودی بسیار بالای آسیب‌های زندگی زوجی می‌تواند در جلوگیری از تحمیل هزینه‌های درمانی زیاد و اتلاف وقت، به دلیل پرداختن به هر یک از این آسیب‌ها به طور مجزا، مؤثر باشد. اما آیا آموزش بسته آموزشی فراتشخیصی زوجی بر الگوهای ارتباطی و پیوند ایمن زوجین اثربخش است؟ <strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی فراتشخیصی زوجی بر الگوهای ارتباطی و پیوند ایمن زوجین انجام شد. <strong>روش:</strong> در این پژوهش، روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون، پس آزمون با گروه کنترل نابرابر و پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان در سال 1396 بود که 20 زوج با نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت غیرتصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین کریستنسن و سالاوی (1984) و پرسشنامه پیوند ایمن جانسون (2008) بود و جهت انجام مداخله از بسته آموزشی فراتشخیصی زوجی محقق ساخته (1398) استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند<span dir="LTR">.</span> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که آموزش محتوای بسته آموزشی فراتشخیصی زوجی بر الگوهای ارتباطی و پیوند ایمن زوجین تأثیر دارد (0/01<span dir="LTR">p<</span>). <strong>نتیجه&lrm;گیری:</strong> بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، آموزش محتوای بسته آموزشی فراتشخیصی زوجی الگوهای توقع کناره گیری و اجتنابی را کاهش و الگوی رابطه سازنده و پیوند ایمن را در زوجین افزایش می‌دهد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><b>&nbsp;</b><strong>Background:</strong> Identification of Transdiagnostic treatments, given the high comorbidity of couples&#39; life injuries, can be effective in preventing high medical costs and wasting time due to dealing with each of these injuries separately. But is Transdiagnostic Educational package, effective on couple communication patterns and secure transplantation? <strong>Aims:</strong> The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Transdiagnostic Educational package, on Communication patterns and Secure Bond of couples. <strong>Method:</strong> In this research, qualitative method was used in the first stage and in the second stage; a semi-experimental research was used including pre-test, post-test, unequal control group and follow up. The study population included all couples who referred to Isfahan Family Counseling Centers in Isfahan in 1396<span dir="RTL">.</span> 20 couples were selected who were selected through purposeful sampling and randomly replaced into experimental and control group. The research instruments included the Communication Patterns Questionnaire of Christensen and Salavi (1984) and the Secure Bond Questionnaire of Johnson (2008), also a researcher-made Transdiagnostic Educational package, (1398) was used for intervention.
