fa نقش اجتناب شناختی و ابرازگری هیجانی در پیش بینی تعارض زناشویی زنان شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>زمینه: </strong><span style="color:black;">تعارض‌های زناشویی تأثیر عمیق منفی بر روابط زوجین و پیرو آن بر بافت و روابط خانوادگی می‌گذارد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">.</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"> اگرچه پژوهش &shy;های متعددی بر روی تعارض زناشویی انجام شده است اما پژوهشی که به بررسی نقش اجتناب شناختی و ابرازگری هیجانی در پیش‌بینی تعارض زناشویی بپردازد مورد غفلت واقع شده است.</span> <strong>هدف: </strong><span style="color:black;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی</span> <span style="color:black;">نقش اجتناب شناختی و ابرازگری هیجانی در پیش‌بینی تعارض زناشویی انجام شد.</span> <strong>روش: </strong><span style="color:black;">روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبسـتگی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان متأهل مراجعه‌کننده به سرای محله&shy; های منطقه 1، 2 و 3 شهر تهران در تابستان سال 1398 بود که 324 نفر از آنان به روش نمونه &shy;گیری در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. </span><span style="color:black;">به‌منظور جمع &shy;آوری داده &shy;ها از مقیاس تعارض زناشویی ثنایی ذاکر و براتی (</span><span style="color:black;">۱۳۸۷)</span><span style="color:black;">، مقیاس اجتناب شناختی </span><span style="color:black;">سکستون و داگاس (۲۰08)</span><span style="color:black;"> و مقیاس ابرازگری هیجانی کینگ</span> <span style="color:black;">و</span> <span style="color:black;">امونز (1990) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل یافته‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه استفاده شد.</span> <strong>یافته &shy;ها: </strong><span style="color:black;">یافته‌ها نشان داد </span><span style="color:black;">اجتناب شناختی و ابرازگری هیجانی با تعارضات زناشویی</span><span style="color:black;"> همبستگی معنی‌دار دارند</span><span style="color:black;"> و 64 درصد از واریانس تعارضات زناشویی را پیش&shy; بینی می&shy; کنند (0/05&nbsp;</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">p<</span></span></span><span style="color:black;">). </span><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> <span style="color:black;">با توجه به یافته&shy; های این پژوهش، لزوم توجه به آگاهی بخشی به افراد در رابطه اجتناب شناختی و ابرازگری هیجانی ضرورت می‌یابد. از نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان در راستای تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی و درمانی به‌منظور کاهش سطح تعارضات زناشویی استفاده کرد.</span><br> &nbsp;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Marital conflicts have a profoundly negative effect on the couple&#39;s relationships and, consequently, on the context and family relationships. Therefore, the present study seeks to answer the question of whether cognitive avoidance and emotional expression are able to predict marital conflict? <strong>Aims:</strong> The aim of this study was to investigate the role of cognitive avoidance and emotional expression in predicting marital conflict. <strong>Method:</strong> The method of this research was descriptive-correlational. The research population included all women in Tehran in July, August and September of 2019, and 324 women referred to the neighborhoods located in 1, 2 and 3 areas were selected as the sample by the convenience sampling method. In order to collect the data, the marital conflict scale of Sanaee Zaker and Barati (2008), the cognitive avoidance scale of Sexton and Dugas (2008) and the emotional expression scale of King and Emmons (1990) were used. Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. <strong>Results:</strong> The findings showed cognitive avoidance and emotional expression are significantly correlated with marital conflict (P< 0/05) and predict 64% of the variance of marital conflicts (P< 0/05). <strong>Conclusions:</strong> According to the findings of this study, it is necessary to pay attention to informing people about cognitive avoidance and emotional expression. The findings of this study can be used in order to develop and implement educational and treatment programs in order to reduce the level of marital conflicts.</div> اجتناب شناختی, ابرازگری هیجانی, تعارض زناشویی, زنان.
