چکیده: (573 مشاهده)
زمینه: عوامل متعددی می‌توانند با شدت ابتلا در کووید- 19 مرتبط باشند. سبک زندگی، روابط اجتماعی و موقعیت اقتصادی-اجتماعی نیز می تواند بر چگونگی درک عوامل استرس زای بیرونی از جمله بحران های سلامتی تأثیر بگذارند. با این حال، تحقیقات کمی در مورد نقش آن ها به عنوان عوامل خطر در شدت ابتلا به کووید-19 در مبتلایان بستری و غیر بستری در تحقیقات نادیده گرفته شده است.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سبک زندگی، روابط اجتماعی، موقعیت اقتصادی-اجتماعی خانواده در شدت ابتلا به کووید-19 انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع مقطعی (تحلیلی) بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد 18 سال به بالا در شهر کرمان با تجربه ابتلا به کووید-19 در فاصله زمانی اسفند 1399 تا فروردین 1400 بود. نمونه آماری با توجه به تعداد کل مبتلایان 146000 نفر، 180 مبتلا بستری شده و 220 مبتلا بدون بستری به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. برای گرداوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های سبک زندگی (لعلی،1391)، کیفیت روابط (پیرس، 1991)، پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش رگرسیون لوجستیک، با نرم افزار SPSS-26 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: رگرسیون لوجستیک نشان داد سبک زندگی، روابط اجتماعی و وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی در شدت ابتلاء به کووید-19 در بزرگسالان مبتلا بستری شده و مبتلا بستری نشده نقش معنی داری دارند و شانس بستری شدن در مبتلایان به کووید-19 با سبک زندگی و وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی نامناسب و روابط اجتماعی پایین بیشتر است (05/0 >P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نقش این عوامل در شدت ابتلا مبتلایان به کووید-19، درک مسئولین را از تأثیر این عوامل بهبود می‌بخشد و آمادگی را برای پاسخ به شیوع های احتمالی در آینده یا همه گیرهای مسری دیگر تقویت می‌کند.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نقش این عوامل در شدت ابتلا مبتلایان به کووید-19، درک مسئولین را از تأثیر این عوامل بهبود می‌بخشد و آمادگی را برای پاسخ به شیوع های احتمالی در آینده یا همه گیرهای مسری دیگر تقویت می‌کند.
