زمینه: اگرچه آموزش تعدیل سوگیری شناختی و درمان شناختی رفتاری دو روش مؤثر برای کاهش ولع مصرف غذا در افراد چاق هستند، اما تا به امروز، هیچ کارآزمایی تصادفی ‌سازی و کنترل شده مقایسه اثربخشی مداخله شناختی-رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت و تعدیل سوگیری شناختی را بر ولع مصرف غذا در افراد متقاضی جراحی کوچک معده ارزیابی نکرده است.
هدف: هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی بسته درمانی تعدیل سوگیری شناختی در مقایسه با درمان شناختی-رفتاری اینترنتی بر ولع مصرف غذا بود.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌ تجربی و از سری طرح­های پیش ‌آزمون- پس ‌آزمون با گروه گواه و پیگیری 2 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل افراد متقاضی جراحی کوچک کردن معده در سال 1402 بود که 18 ماه از جراحی آنان گذشته و ساکن شهر اصفهان بودند. از این تعداد 45 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌ گیری هدفمند، انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه شناختی-رفتاری اینترنتی، تعدیل سوگیری شناختی و گواه (15 نفر در هر گروه) جای‌ گذاری شدند. افراد گروه‌ های مداخله تحت 42 جلسه مداخله در طول شش هفته قرار گرفتند، اما افراد گروه گواه در این مدت هیچ مداخله درمانی دریافت نکردند. شرکت کنندگان قبل و پس از اتمام جلسات مداخله و دو ماه پس از آن با پرسشنامه ولع مصرف غذا (سپدا-بنیتو و همکاران، 2000) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ ها با استفاده از نرم ‌افزار SPSS.24 و با روش تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازه­گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که که هر دو روش درمان بسته تعدیل سوگیری شناختی تثبیت وزن و درمان شناختی-رفتاری اینترنتی توانستند اثرات مثبتی بر کاهش ولع مصرف غذا و مؤلفه ‌های آن داشته باشند (05/0 >p). همچنین در مؤلفه ‌های نبود کنترل، اشتغال ذهنی، ولع هیجانی، احساس گناه و ولع خوردن کل، بسته تعدیل سوگیری شناختی تثبیت وزن اثربخشی معنادارتری نسبت به روش درمان شناختی-رفتاری اینترنتی داشت (05/0 >p).
نتیجه ‌گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی آموزش تعدیل سوگیری شناختی و درمان شناختی رفتاری در کاهش ولع مصرف غذا پیشنهاد می­شود از این مداخلات در کنار سایر مداخلات مبتنی بر شواهد دارویی و درمانی به عنوان مداخله روانشناختی در جهت تغییر باورها و نگرش­های این افراد نسبت به ولع مصرف استفاده شود.
