چکیده: (32 مشاهده)

زمینه: خیانت زناشویی دلایل روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی زیادی دارد. آسیب دوران کودکی و تأثیری که این شرایط بر شکل‌گیری شخصیت و فرآیندهای روانی دارد عامل عمده‌ای در بروز چین پدیده‌ای است که در پژوهش‌های پیشین بدان پرداخته نشده است.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین برازش مدل رابطۀ آسیب‌های دوران کودکی با سازمان شخصیت و سبک‌های دفاعی در افراد با سابقۀ خیانت زناشویی با میانجی‌گری نیرومندی ایگو و ظرفیت ذهنی‌سازی انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش در زمرۀ مطالعات توصیفی همبستگی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش تمامی افراد با سابقۀ خیانت زناشویی بودند که در 6 ماهه نخست سال 1402 به کلینیک‌های افق سلامت، آوای باران، کلینیک دکتر فرحبخش و واحد مشاورۀ بیمارستان روانپزشکی رازی در شهر تهران مراجعه کردند. تعداد 250 نفر (125زن و 125 مرد) از مراجعه‌کنندگان به این مراکز به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش را تکمیل کردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامۀ جمعیت‌شناختی، مقیاس سازمان شخصیت کرنبرگ (لنزنوگر و همکاران، 2001)، پرسشنامۀ سبک‌های دفاعی اندروز و همکاران (1993)، پرسشنامۀ آسیب دوران کودکی برنستاین و همکاران (2003)، پرسشنامۀ روان‌شناختی نیرومندی ایگو (PIES؛ مارکستروم و همکاران، 1997)، مقیاس ذهنی‌سازی دیمیترویچ و همکاران (2017) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق روش آماری مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرم‌افزار 24 Amos- و 24 Spss- انجام شد.
یافتهها: آسیب‌های دوران کودکی با سازمان شخصیت و سبک‌های دفاعی رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری دارد (P <01/0). نیرومندی ایگو بین آسیب‌های دوران کودکی با سازمان شخصیت و سبک‌های دفاعی نقش میانجی دارد (P <05/0). ظرفیت ذهنی‌سازی بین آسیب‌های دوران کودکی با سازمان شخصیت نقش میانجی دارد (P<05/0) اما بین آسیب دوران کودکی و سبک‌های دفاعی نقش میانجی ندارد (P >05/0).
نتیجه‌گیری: با استفاده از نتایج غربالگری‌های روانی حمایت‌های روانی برای کودکان آسیب دیده فراهم شود تا زمینۀ مشکلات روانی در آینده کمتر شود. مشاوران پیش از ازدواج نیز بیش از پیش ابعاد تحلیلی شخصیت را مد نظر قرار داده و به برداشت سطحی از شخصیت افراد اکتفا نکنند.
