زمینه: قلدری سایبری به عنوان یکی از چالش‌های جدی در فضای مجازی، به ویژه در میان نوجوانان، پیامدهای منفی قابلتوجهی بر سلامت روان و روابط اجتماعی آن‌ها دارد. عوامل مختلفی میتوانند در قلدری سایبری نقش داشته باشند و بررسی جامع در این خصوص با کاستی‌هایی روبرو است.
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تدوین مدل ساختاری قلدری سایبری بر اساس الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده و روابط بین‌فردی با میانجیگری صفات تاریک شخصیت در کاربران نوجوان شبکه‌های اجتماعی انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دوره متوسطه اول و دوم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بودند. به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای مرحلهای نمونهای به تعداد 400 نفر انتخاب و پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تجربه قلدری- قربانی سایبری (آنتونیادو و همکاران، 2016)، پرسشنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی بین فردی (فترو، 2000)، پرسشنامه تجدید نظر شده الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده (ریچی و فیتزپاتریک، 1990)، مقیاس سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت (جانسون و وبستر، 2010) بودند. دادهها با استفاده از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزارهای Spss و Amos تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل بود. یافتهها نشان داد که الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده و روابط بین‌فردی به صورت مستقیم قادر به پیشبینی قلدری سایبری بودند (۰01/۰ >p). همچنین الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده و روابط بین‌فردی توانستند به صورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق صفات تاریک شخصیت، قلدری سایبری را پیشبینی کنند (۰01/۰ >p).
نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج نشان میدهد که الگوهای ارتباطی خانواده و روابط بین فردی با توجه به نقش مهم صفات تاریک شخصیت میتوانند تبیین‌کننده قلدری سایبری در کاربران نوجوان باشند و لزوم توجه به این عوامل در تعامل با یکدیگر در برنامههای کاهش قلدری سایبری ضروری است.
