زمینه: کودکان به عنوان یکی از گروه های سنی آسیب پذیر در معرض انواع مشکلات روانشناختی و اختلالات بالینی قرار دارند. مطالعات مختلف نشان میدهد که ویژگیهای شخصیتی و شناختی والدین مانند کمالگرایی با مشکلات سلامت روان در کودکان مرتبط است.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی کنترلگری و دشواری تنظیم هیجان در والدین در رابطۀ کمالگرایی والدین و اختلالات بالینی کودکان انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی و از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی والدین کودکان مقطع دبستان 7 تا 11 ساله بود که در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 در مدارس مناطق 2، 4، 7 و 15 شهر تهران ثبت نام کرده بودند و از میان آنها تعداد 650 نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده برای جمعآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامههای کمالگرایی (هیل و همکاران، 2004)، منبع کنترل والدینی (کمپیز و همکاران، 1986)، دشواری در تنظیم هیجان (گراتز و رومر، 2004) و ویراست سوم سیستم سنجش رفتار کودک (رینولد و کمفیس، 2015) بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش همبستگی پیرسون و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با بهرهگیری از نرمافزارهای SPSS-27 و AMOS-29 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج مدلسازی با معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که ارتباط مستقیم بین کمالگرایی با اختلالات بالینی کودکان معنادار نیست. اما مسیر غیرمستقیم از طریق کنترلگری والدین (05/0 (p< و دشواری تنظیم هیجان (05/0 p<) معنادار بود.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای این مطالعه نشان داد که کمالگرایی والدین هنگامی که با عوامل آسیبپذیری مانند دشواری تنظیم هیجان و رفتارهای کنترلگری همراه میشود، میتواند باعث ایجاد اختلالات بالینی در کودکان شود.
