زمینه: اختلالات بدشکلی بدن با نگرانی از تصویر بدنی و اعتیاد به اینترنت مرتبط است، اما نقش میانجی مشارکت ورزشی در این رابطه کمتر بررسی شده است. مطالعات پیشین نشان دادهاند که نگرانی از تصویر بدنی میتواند منجر به اعتیاد به اینترنت شود، اما تأثیر فعالیتهای ورزشی بهعنوان یک عامل میانجی در این ارتباط نیاز به پژوهش بیشتری دارد. این مطالعه به بررسی این شکاف پژوهشی میپردازد.
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه اختلالات بدشکلی بدن با نگرانی از تصویر بدنی و اعتیاد به اینترنت با نقش میانجیگر مشارکت ورزشی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان ورودی 1403-1404 دختر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ابهر بود که از میان آنها 210 نفر به عنوان نمونه به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه مشارکت ورزشی (اکیلز و همکاران، 2001)؛ پرسشنامه اختلال بدشکلی بدن (ربیعی و همکاران، 1390)؛ نگرانی از تصویر بدنی (لیتلتون و همکاران، 2005) و اعتیاد به اینترنت (یانگ، 1996) بود. تحلیلهای همبستگی در نرم افزار اسپیاساس نسخه 27 و تحلیلهای مربوط به مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار ایموس انجام شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که اختلالات بدشکلی بدن با افزایش نگرانی از تصویر بدنی و اعتیاد به اینترنت ارتباط مثبت دارد (05/0 >P). مشارکت ورزشی بهعنوان یک متغیر میانجی، این رابطه را تعدیل کرد و کاهش معناداری در اثرات بدشکلی بدن بر نگرانی از تصویر بدنی و اعتیاد به اینترنت ایجاد نمود (05/0 >P). بهعبارت دیگر، ورزش منظم توانست با کاهش نگرانیهای مرتبط با تصویر بدن، از شدت اعتیاد به اینترنت بکاهد.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای این مطالعه نشان میدهد که افزایش مشارکت در فعالیتهای ورزشی میتواند به عنوان یک راهکار مؤثر برای کاهش نگرانیهای ناشی از اختلال بدشکلی بدن و جلوگیری از اعتیاد به اینترنت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. برنامهریزی برای ترویج ورزش منظم، به ویژه در میان افراد با علائم بدشکلی بدن، میتواند به بهبود تصویر بدنی و کاهش وابستگی به فضای مجازی کمک کند. پیشنهاد میشود مداخلات روانشناختی و برنامههای سلامت عمومی، ورزش را به عنوان یک ابزار کمکی در کنار درمانهای سنتی بدشکلی بدن و اعتیاد به اینترنت بگنجانند.
