Background: Identification of psychological components is one of the factors that influence individual-organization fit. But the main question is what are the psychological components to the fit of the organization in the Agricultural Bank? Aims: To identify the psychological components of individual-organization fit. Method: The research is based on the interpretation paradigm research paradigm with qualitative approach and phenomenological research strategy, hidden content analysis of data from library sources, open questionnaires and interviews. Based on the theoretical data saturation method, 15 university professors, managers and banking experts were selected based on theoretical data saturation. The research tools are: interview and questionnaire of psychological components of Naderi (2011). A qualitative approach with inductive methods was used to analyze the data. Results: Out of the 42 initial codes, 20 were obtained from the research literature, all of which were replicated in the interview by experts. In other words, all the codes obtained from the research literature were in line with those of the experts. Conclusions: Psychological components can influence individual-organization fit.
