Background: Numerous studies have focused on the effectiveness of mindfulness and hypnotherapy on the perceived stress of patients with type 2 diabetes. But research that compares the effectiveness of mindfulness and hypnotherapy on the perceived stress of patients with type II diabetes has been overlooked. Aims: This result can be financed to the second diabetic budget as master of singing and hypnotherapy on perceived stress. Method: Seeing this plan you can submit your proposal using the proposed plan. The statistical population of this study includes all men 40-68, can be sampled in Tehran in the year 2019 45 people can be sampled and can be based on decision making and as a The decision maker was divided into three groups, two experimental groups and one control group (15 individuals per group). Research and interpretation tools include: Cohen's et al. (1983) Perceived Stress Scale and locally administered protocols (Kabat Zain, 2015) and Hypnotherapy (Aladdin & Alibi, 2015). Statistical data transmission services, mixed variance analysis was used. Results: It is possible to indicate that two viewpoints and hypnotherapy have significant effect on perceived stress And there was no difference between the effects of the two treatments(P< 0/001). Significance of the standard of time effect of Barrett scores on follow-up scores was significant(P< 0/001). The difference between the perceived stress scores in the three proposed periods is permissible and disagrees as a group(P< 0/001). Conclusions: Two ways of protecting the home and hypnotherapy of perceived stress on citizens can be divided into two divisions.
