Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlation and structural equation model type. The research population included all the employees of Tehran technical engineering universities in 2022, and among these employees, 400 people were selected by random sampling method. The data collection tool in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire including knowledge sharing behavior, knowledge sharing benefits and organizational psychological climate. To analyze the data, Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to measure the pairwise correlation of variables and structural equations based on partial least squares method with PLS-3 software.
