زمینه: خودکشی در بین دانشجویان، یک نگرانی رو به رشد در سراسر جهان است. مطالعات قبلی نشان داده است که بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و سواد خودکشی با ایده‌پردازی خودکشی در دانشجویان رابطه وجود دارد، اما هیچ پژوهشی در ایران، تفاوت سبک‌های دلبستگی و سواد خودکشی را در دانشجویان با ایده‌پردازی خودکشی بالا و پایین بررسی نکرده است.
هدف: هدف این پژوهش، مقایسۀ سبک‌های دلبستگی و سواد خودکشی در دانشجویان با بیشترین و کمترین ایده‌پردازی خودکشی بود.
روش: روش این پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های ایران در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، تعداد 112 نفر (56 نفر در گروه بیشترین و 56 نفر در گروه کمترین سطح ایده‌پردازی خودکشی) با غربال‌گری از طریق مقیاس‌های سنجش افکار خودکشی بک و سواد خودکشی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش، شامل نسخۀ اصلاح شده مقیاس سبک دلبستگی بزرگسال (کولینز و رید، 1990)، مقیاس سنجش افکار خودکشی بک (بک و همکاران، 1979) و مقیاس سواد خودکشی (کلیر و همکاران، 2012) بود. هم‌چنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های این پژوهش از روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری(مانووا) و تک متغیری (آنکووا) و نرم‌افزار SPSS-23 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه‌ها، در سبک‌های دلبستگی ایمن و اضطرابی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>P) و گروه با کمترین ایده‌پردازی، دلبستگی ایمن بیشتر و دلبستگی اضطرابی کمتری داشتند، اما در دو گروه در سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی و سواد خودکشی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/<P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تفاوت معنادار مؤلفه‌های دلبستگی ایمن و دلبستگی اضطرابی در دو گروه بیشترین و کمترین ایده‌پردازی خودکشی، تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی در دانشگاه‌ها با هدف تقویت دلبستگی ایمن از طریق کارگاه‌های مهارت‌های تنظیم هیجان و ارائه حمایت عاطفی پایدار برای کاهش اثرات منفی دلبستگی اضطرابی، می‌تواند عامل مؤثری برای پیشگیری از افکار خودکشی در دانشجویان باشد.
