زمینه: آسیب‌های روانی دوران کودکی از پیش‌بینی کننده‌های مهم اختلالات روابط بین‌فردی در بزرگسالی هستند و سبک‌های دل‌بستگی در این فرآیند، نقش میانجی ایفا می‌کنند. درک سازوکارهایی که از طریق آن‌ها تجارب منفی اولیه بر اعتیاد به عشق تأثیر می‌گذارند، می‌تواند به طراحی مداخلات هدفمندتر کمک کند.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش میانجی سبک‌های دل‌بستگی در رابطۀ بین تجربیات آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی و اعتیاد به عشق در بین دانشجویان انجام شد.
روش: روش مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دورۀ کارشناسی دانشگاه گیلان بود که از بین آن‌ها، ۳۶۰ دانشجو با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌های اعتیاد به عشق (پی‌بادی، 2005)، تجربیات ناگوار کودکی (مرکز پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری‌های آمریکا و بنیاد کایزر، 2014) و سبک‌های دل‌بستگی (هازان و شیور، 1987) جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از روش‌های مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و بوت‌استرپ با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS-26 و AMOS-24 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان‌دهندۀ برازش مناسب مدل بود (001/0P <، 04/0RMSEA= ). سبک‌های دل‌بستگی ایمن و دوسوگرا به‌طور معناداری رابطه بین تجربیات ناگوار کودکی و اعتیاد به عشق را میانجی کردند، درحالی‌که سبک دل‌بستگی اجتنابی نقش میانجی نداشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بر اهمیت سبک‌های دل‌بستگی ناایمن، به‌ویژه دل‌بستگی دوسوگرا، در میانجی‌گری تأثیر آسیب‌های دوران کودکی بر رفتارهای رابطه‌ای بزرگسالی تأکید دارد. این یافته‌ها می‌توانند در توسعۀ مداخلات درمانی برای کاهش آسیب‌پذیری‌های ناشی از سبک‌های دل‌بستگی و کاهش خطر اعتیاد به عشق در افراد آسیب‌پذیر، مؤثر واقع شوند.
