چکیده: (12 مشاهده)
زمینه: زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر روش احیای اعتماد گاتمن، رویکردی مبتنی بر شواهد است که در دهههای اخیر بهعنوان یکی از مؤثرترین مداخلات درمانی برای بازسازی روابط زوجین پس از تجربه خیانت شناختهشده است. باوجود اثربخشی مستند این روش در جوامع غربی، شواهد علمی موجود درباره کارآمدی و بومیسازی آن در میان زوجین ایرانی دارای تجربه خیانت هنوز اندک و نیازمند بررسیهای بیشتر است.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر روش احیای اعتماد گاتمن بر صمیمیت عاطفی، جنسی، عقلانی و معنوی زوجین دارای تجربه خیانت زناشویی انجام شد.
روش: روش این پژوهش تجربی از نوع تکآزمودنی با طرح سنجش پیوسته و آزمودنیهای متفاوت بود. جامعه آماری شامل زوجین دارای تجربه خیانت زناشویی مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای روانشناختی شهر سنندج در سال ۱۴۰۴ بود که ۳ زوج بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. مداخله شامل ۱۳ جلسه زوجدرمانی گاتمن (۲۰۱۲)، هفتهای دو بار و هر جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه بود. ارزیابیها در مرحله خط پایه، جلسات منتخب درمان و یک ماه پیگیری با مقیاس صمیمیت زناشویی باگاروزی (۲۰۰۱) انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا، درصد بهبودی، اندازه اثر و درصد دادههای ناهمپوش تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین اثر مداخله در صمیمیت عاطفی و جنسی مشاهده شد. شاخصهای اندازه اثر در تمامی ابعاد صمیمیت بین متوسط تا بزرگ بود و درصد بهبودی نشان داد که مداخله در صمیمیت عاطفی ۳/۵۲٪، صمیمیت جنسی ۶/۶۸٪، صمیمیت عقلانی ۹/۴۷٪ و صمیمیت معنوی ۵/۳۱٪ بهبود ایجاد کرده است. شاخص تغییر پایا نیز حاکی از تأثیر معنادار بالینی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر روش احیای اعتماد گاتمن در ارتقای صمیمیت عاطفی، جنسی، عقلانی و معنوی زوجین است (%۵۰ PI ≥).
نتیجهگیری: زوجین دارای تجربه خیانت که تحت درمان قرار گرفتند؛ صمیمیت عاطفی، جنسی، عقلانی و معنوی بهتری را تجربه کردند. استفاده از این مدل در بهبود ابعاد صمیمیت زوجین پیشنهاد میشود.

یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین اثر مداخله در صمیمیت عاطفی و جنسی مشاهده شد. شاخصهای اندازه اثر در تمامی ابعاد صمیمیت بین متوسط تا بزرگ بود و درصد بهبودی نشان داد که مداخله در صمیمیت عاطفی ۳/۵۲٪، صمیمیت جنسی ۶/۶۸٪، صمیمیت عقلانی ۹/۴۷٪ و صمیمیت معنوی ۵/۳۱٪ بهبود ایجاد کرده است. شاخص تغییر پایا نیز حاکی از تأثیر معنادار بالینی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر روش احیای اعتماد گاتمن در ارتقای صمیمیت عاطفی، جنسی، عقلانی و معنوی زوجین است (%۵۰ PI ≥).
نتیجهگیری: زوجین دارای تجربه خیانت که تحت درمان قرار گرفتند؛ صمیمیت عاطفی، جنسی، عقلانی و معنوی بهتری را تجربه کردند. استفاده از این مدل در بهبود ابعاد صمیمیت زوجین پیشنهاد میشود.
