زمینه: انگیزش تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان یکی از مؤلفه‌های اساسی موفقیت آموزشی است و می‌تواند تحت تأثیر ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان، از جمله اخلاق‌کاری و مسئولیت‌پذیری، قرار گیرد. همچنین، امیدواری و سبک‌های تبادل اجتماعی با تأثیرگذاری بر نگرش‌ها، تعاملات و تلاش‌های تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان، در تبیین این رابطه اهمیت دارند.
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر اخلاق کاری و مسئولیت‌پذیری معلمان عربی بر انگیزش تحصیلی دانش آموزان با میانجی‌گری امیدواری و سبک‌های تبادل اجتماعی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با رویکرد تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش آموزان راهنمایی شهرستان کربلاء به تعداد 4308 نفر بود، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 424 نفر با روش نمونهگیری خوشه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها، از پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق کاری (پتی،1991)، مسئولیت پذیری (کالیفرنیا،1987)، امیدواری (اشنایدر و همکاران،1991)، سبک تبادل اجتماعی (لیپمن و همکاران،2011) و انگیزش تحصیلی (هارتر،1981) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده با استفاده از تحلیل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر در نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS وLisrel صورت گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر اخلاق کاری و مسئولیت پذیری معلم بر انگیزش تحصیلی دانش آموزان مثبت و معنی دار می باشد (05/0>P)، همچنین مشخص شد که نقش میانجی امیدواری تحصیلی و سبک تبادل اجتماعی در تاثیر اخلاق کاری و مسئولیت پذیری بر انگیزش تحصیلی مثبت و معنی دار می باشد (05/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج می‌توان گفت معلمان از طریق پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی، انجام مسئولانه وظایف و ایجاد روابطی مبتنی بر اعتماد و حمایت، زمینه شکل‌گیری نگرش مثبت و تلاش مستمر دانش‌آموزان را فراهم می‌کنند. در این فرایند، تقویت امیدواری تحصیلی و برقراری تعاملات اجتماعی سازنده، سازوکارهای مهمی برای تبدیل رفتار حرفه‌ای معلمان به انگیزش بیشتر در دانش‌آموزان به شمار می‌روند. بنابراین، توجه به آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای، مسئولیت‌پذیری و مهارت‌های ارتباطی معلمان می‌تواند در سیاست‌گذاری‌های آموزشی و برنامه‌های توانمندسازی آنان مورد تأکید قرار گیرد.
