Aim: Problem solvingskills helpthe individual to resolve a variety of issues,in addition, anger as one of the instinct could cause vulnberilty, therefore,teaching problem solving skills and anger management could prevent many conflicts. The present study with the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of teaching problem solving and anger management package on educational methods, aggression and mental health of preschool teachers has been conducted. Method: The study waswasa quasi- experimental with pretest-posttest single group design. 48 preschool teachers in Tehran were selected using accessiblemethod, and they completed Educational Styles Scale, Buss & Perry Aggression Questionnaire, and Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale, Then, they were exposed to problem-solving and anger management training. Findings: The results showed significant differences (p < 0.05) between pretest and posttest scores on all the subscales of Educational Styles Scale. Results on Buss & Perry Aggression Questionnaire demonstrated significant difference (p < 0.05)  between pre and post test scores only for resentment. Also, there were significant differences (p < 0.05)  between pre and post test mean scores in all subscales of Depression, Anxiety and Stress. Discussion: Problem solving and anger management training can be used to improve mental health and educational methods, as well as to reduce aggression in preschool teachers.
