زمینه: رفتار خوردن یکی از رفتارهای اساسی برای تأمین نیاز پایه انسان به بقا است، اما تنها تحت تأثیر محرکهای زیستی مانند سیری و گرسنگی تنظیم نمیشود. عوامل روانشناختی و اجتماعی نقش مهمی در شکلگیری و تنظیم رفتار خوردن دارند. بااینحال، پژوهشهای محدودی به بررسی نقش متغیرهای روانشناختی با رفتار خوردن در نوجوانان پرداختهاند. این مطالعه باهدف پر کردن این خلأ پژوهشی به بررسی این روابط پرداخته است.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف پیشبینی رفتار خوردن بر اساس حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده و اعتمادبهنفس با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی انجام گرفت.
روش: پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش یک پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل نوجوانان 15 تا 18 ساله شهر تهران بود که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای 250 نوجوان انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه رفتار خوردن داچ (ون استرین، 1986)، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده (زیمت و همکاران، 1988)، پرسشنامه اعتمادبهنفس (کوپر اسمیت، 1986) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی (شرر، 1982) استفاده شد. دادهها از طریق روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرمافزار spss22 و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از لیزرل5/8 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی تأثیر معناداری بر رفتار خوردن دارد. اثر غیرمستقیم 15/0 بود که کل اثر علی برابر 68/0 است. همچنین اعتمادبهنفس با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی تأثیر معناداری بر رفتار خوردن دارد. اثر غیرمستقیم 21/0 بود که کل اثر علی برابر 61/0 است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد که حمایت اجتماعی ادراکشده و اعتمادبهنفس با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی تأثیر معناداری بر بهبود رفتار خوردن دارند. بنابراین، پیشنهاد میشود در برنامههای آموزشی و مداخلات مرتبط با تغذیه سالم در نوجوانان، بر تقویت خودکارآمدی از طریق افزایش حمایت اجتماعی (مانند حمایت خانواده و دوستان) و ارتقای اعتمادبهنفس تمرکز شود. این رویکرد میتواند به بهبود رفتارهای تغذیهای سالم در نوجوانان و پیشگیری از مشکلات مرتبط با تغذیه کمک کند.
