زمینه: خیانت زناشویی از جمله تجربیات آسیب زاست که میتواند به آشفتگی زناشویی، ناامنی دلبستگی و اختلال در رشد پس از سانحه بینجامد. اگرچه مداخلاتی مانند رفتار درمانی عقلانی-هیجانی و آموزش مبتنی بر ذهنی سازی در کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی مؤثر بوده اند، اما مقایسه اثربخشی این دو رویکرد بر متغیرهای مذکور در زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت، کمتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر ذهنی سازی و رفتار درمانی عقلانی–هیجانی بر آشفتگی زناشویی، رفتار دلبستگی و رشد پس از سانحه زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه شامل تمامی زنان قربانی خیانت زناشویی در شهر تهران در سال 1402 بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 45 نفر در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه انتخاب شدند (هر گروه 15 نفر). ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه آشفتگی زناشویی (ویسمن و همکاران، ۲۰۰۹)، پرسشنامه رفتار دلبستگی (سندبرگ و همکاران، 2012) و پرسشنامه رشد پس از سانحه (تدسچی و کالون، 1996) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS27 و روش تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره انجام شد.
یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که هر دو گروه درمانی، تأثیر معناداری بر روی آشفتگی زناشویی، رفتار دلبستگی و رشد پس از سانحه زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی داشتند (05/0 >P). همچنین پس از مقایسه مشخص شده که اثربخشی رفتار درمانی عقلانی– هیجانی در متغیرهای آشفتگی زناشویی و رفتار دلبستگی بیشتر از روش مبتنی بر ذهنی سازی بود (05/0 >P). همچنین اثربخشی روش مبتنی بر ذهنی سازی در متغیر رشد پس از سانحه، بیشتر از رفتار درمانی عقلانی–هیجانی بود (05/0 >P).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته های این پژوهش میتواند در مراکز مشاوره و درمان زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت زناشویی برای درمان آشفتگی زناشویی، رفتار دلبستگی رشد پس از سانحه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین برگزاری کارگاه هایی برای ارتقای توانمندی روانشناسان و مشاوران توصیه میشود.
