چکیده:   (33 مشاهده)
زمینه: ذهن‌آگاهی و تاب‌آوری نقش کلیدی در کاهش خستگی شفقت در روان‌درمانگران ایفا می‌کنند. خستگی شفقت، نتیجه استرس حین کارکردن با موقعیت‌های تروماتیک یا مشاهده تشویش دیگران است و در درمانگران که با افراد دارای تشویش سر و کار دارند، بیشتر تجربه می شود. مرور مطالعات پیشین نشان داد در مورد بررسی نقش تاب‌آوری در رابطۀ ذهن‌آگاهی و خستگی شفقت در روان‌درمانگران، خلا پژوهشی وجود دارد.
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش میانجی تاب‌آوری در رابطۀ بین ذهن‌آگاهی و خستگی شفقت در روان‌درمانگران بود.
روش: روش این پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی بود که به صورت مقطعی انجام شد و از روش معادلات ساختاری نیز برای تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی روان‌درمانگران و مشاوران سلامت روان در ایران در سال 1403 بود و نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس از میان روان‌درمانگران و مشاوران حاضر در گروه‌های مجازی مرتبط با روان‌درمانی انجام شد و 230 نفر به عنوان نمونۀ آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس خستگی شفقت (فیگلی، 1995)، فرم کوتاه مقیاس تاب‌آوری (اسمیت و همکاران، 2008) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس ذهن‌آگاهی فرایبورگ (والاچ و همکاران، 2001) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از رگرسیون و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS-27 و 10.2-LISREL استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که ذهن‌آگاهی رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری با تاب‌آوری دارد و تاب‌آوری به‌ طور معکوس با خستگی شفقت رابطه دارد (01/0>(P. هم‌چنین، تاب‌آوری به ‌طور کامل نقش میانجی در رابطۀ بین ذهن‌آگاهی و خستگی شفقت ایفا می‌کند (01/0>(P.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان دادند که تقویت تاب‌آوری می‌تواند به کاهش خستگی شفقت در روان‌درمانگران کمک کند و این امر می‌تواند در تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی و حمایتی برای بهبود وضعیت روان‌درمانگران مفید واقع شود.
