زمینه: عملکرد جنسی زنان تحت تأثیر تعامل پیچیدهای از عوامل زیستی، روانشناختی و شناختی قرار دارد. در حالی که مدل کنترل دوگانه نقشهای بازداری جنسی (SI) و تحریک جنسی (SE) را در تنظیم پاسخهای جنسی برجسته میکند، اطلاعات اندکی درباره سازوکارهای شناختی مرتبط با این فرآیندها وجود دارد.
اهداف: این مطالعه بررسی میکند که آیا طرحوارههای شناختی فعالشده در موقعیتهای جنسی واسطهای بین ارتباط SI، SE و عملکرد جنسی زنان هستند یا خیر.
روشها: این پژوهش بهصورت مقطعی با مشارکت ۶۶۵ زن بزرگسال از بخشهای اداری دانشگاههای تهران و تبریز انجام شد. شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامه تحریک/بازداری جنسی زنان (Graham, 2006)، پرسشنامه طرحوارههای شناختی فعالشده در موقعیت جنسی (Nober, 2013)، و شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان (Rosen, 2000) را تکمیل کردند. برای آزمون مدل واسطهای فرضشده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده شد.
نتایج: یافتهها نشان دادند که SI (β= −0.32, p< 0.001) و SE (β= 0.27, p< 0.001) هر دو اثر مستقیم معناداری بر عملکرد جنسی زنان دارند. بهویژه، طرحوارههای شناختی بهطور جزئی واسطهای بین SI و عملکرد جنسی بودند (اثر غیرمستقیم: β= −0.12, CI 95% [−0.18, −0.07]) که نشان میدهد الگوهای شناختی ناسازگار میتوانند به دشواریهای جنسی منجر شوند. مدل کلی شاخصهای برازش مناسبی را نشان داد (χ²/df= 2.35, CFI= 0.95, RMSEA= 0.05).
نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه از مدل کنترل دوگانه حمایت میکند، بهطوریکه بازداری و تحریک جنسی بر عملکرد جنسی زنان تأثیرگذارند، و همچنین از مدل شناختی که نقش طرحوارههای ذهنی را در عملکرد جنسی زنان برجسته میسازد.
