زمینه: مطالعات منتشر شده در حوزه خودکارآمدی اجتماعی، هم از منظر سطح تحلیل، هم از منظر پیشایندها، مؤلفهها و پیامدها و هم از منظر نقطه تمرکز، تنوع زیادی را نشان میدهند. این تنوع، ضرورت تدوین یک مطالعه علمسنجی و تحلیل محتوا را برای فراهم ساختن یک تصویر جامع و شفاف از مطالعات انجام شده در این حوزه خاطرنشان میسازد.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تدوین نقشه علمی و سپس، تدوین الگوی مفهومی مطالعات حوزه خودکارآمدی اجتماعی انجام شد.
روش: در این پژوهش، از روش آمیخته استفاده شد، بهطوری که نخست یک تحلیل همرخدادی بر روی مستندات پایگاه وبآوساینس انجام شد و سپس، با تحلیل محتوای مستندات و کدگذاری آنها با روش تحلیل تم، الگوی مفهومی تدوین شد. در بخش کمّی، جامعه آماری، مطالعاتی بودند که در پایگاه مذکور در مورد این مفهوم منتشر شدهاند. مطالعات به روش تمامشماری انتخاب و کل 497 مطالعه در تحلیل همرخدادی استفاده شدند. در بخش کیفی، علاوه بر پایگاه وبآوساینس، سایر مطالعات خارجی مرتبط نیز به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه بر اساس اشباع نظری دادهها انتخاب شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که واژههای «خودکارآمدی اجتماعی»، «نوجوانی»، «افسردگی»، «عزت»، «اعتبارسنجی» و «پشتیبانی» به ترتیب با میزان رخداد 33، 13، 12، 12، 12 و 9 و قدرت اتصال 180، 84، 85، 79، 80 و 63 پرکاربردترین واژگان و با اهمیت زیاد بودهاند. تحلیل محتوا نیز روشن ساخت که مطالعات به 6 دسته کلی قابل طبقهبندی هستند: عوامل مثبت تعیینکننده خودکارآمدی اجتماعی، موانع خودکارآمدی اجتماعی، مؤلفههای خودکارآمدی اجتماعی، پیامدهای روانشناختی خودکارآمدی اجتماعی، پیامدهای اجتماعی خودکارآمدی اجتماعی، عوامل تعدیلگر میان خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و پیشایندها/پیامدهای آن.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نقش خودکارآمدی اجتماعی در کاهش افسردگی و افزایش عزت و نقش باورها در افزایش خودکارآمدی اجتماعی را مورد تأکید قرار دادند. بعلاوه، عمده ادبیات نظری، معطوف به پیشایندهای خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و پیامدهای روانشناختی آن بوده است.
