زمینه: گسترش شبکههای اجتماعی موجب افزایش بازتولید زبان هرزهنگارانه و بیانهای جنسی در فضای مجازی شده است که از منظر روانزبانی بازتابدهنده هیجانات، نگرشها و فرایندهای شناختی کاربران است. تحلیل این الگوها امکان فهم عمیقتر سازوکارهای ذهنی و هیجانی در گفتار دیجیتال را فراهم میکند. با وجود پژوهشهای موجود، بررسی دادهمحور و مقایسهای الگوهای روانیـزبانی زبان هرزهنگارانه در پلتفرمهای مختلف همچنان با خلأ پژوهشی مواجه است.
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی روانی-زبانی ابعاد شناختی، هیجانی و جنسی هرزهنگاری در شبکههای اجتماعی اینستاگرام، تلگرام و ایکس بود.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و با رویکرد تحلیل روانی-زبانی انجام شد. واحد تحلیل شامل پیامهای متنی منتشرشده در اینستاگرام، تلگرام و ایکس طی بازه زمانی ۱ فروردین ۱۴۰۰ تا ۱ مهر ۱۴۰۴ بود. دادهها ابتدا با استفاده از کلیدواژههای مرتبط با محتوای هرزه نگارانانه در بازه زمانی مورد اشاره جمعآوری گردید و از میان حجم انبوهی از دادهها 100 هزار پیام از هر پلتفرم (جمعاً ۳۰۰ هزار پیام) با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب گردید. دادهها پس از پیشپردازش شامل نرمالسازی حروف، حذف نویسههای غیرمتنی و توقفواژهها، با استفاده از نسخه فارسی سامانه واکاوی زبانی و شمارش واژگان تحلیل شدند و شاخصهای شناختی، هیجانی و جنسی استخراج و مقایسه شدند. تحلیلها بر مبنای شاخصهای توصیفی و مقایسهای انجام گرفت تا الگوهای روانی-زبانی محتوای هر پلتفرم بازنمایی شود.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که هرزهنگاری در اینستاگرام، تلگرام و ایکس الگوهای روانیـزبانی متفاوتی دارد. تلگرام با شاخصهای بالای شناختی، محتوای تحلیلی و معناپردازش را بازنمایی میکند. در ایکس، هیجان منفی، خشم و واژگان رکیک برجسته بود و واکنشهای هیجانی شدید را نشان میداد. اینستاگرام با جهتگیری هیجانی مثبت و برجستگی واژگان جنسی، الگویی از بازنمایی بدن و جذابیت جنسی را بازتولید کرد.
نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها نشان میدهد که هرزهنگاری در شبکههای اجتماعی مختلف، الگوهای روانیـزبانی متفاوتی دارد و تحلیل آن بدون توجه به بستر رسانهای، تصویر کامل و دقیقی ارائه نمیدهد. نتایج میتواند راهنمای طراحی مداخلات پیشگیرانه و آموزشی متناسب با ویژگیهای هر پلتفرم باشد و در طراحی مداخلات پیشگیرانه مبتنی بر زبان در هر پلتفرم مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
